Akira Ramen Towson

Went to Akira in Towson for date night with wifey and daughter. We parked across the street at Towson Town Center. We were seated in a booth after a short wait. Very busy for Friday night. We shared the Baltimore Sushi Roll and we all ordered the Akira Volcano Ramen. The sushi roll was fresh and very tasty. Tuna portions were generous. Love the jalapeno. The ramen came out on the robot server. It was spot on. Broth was hot and spicy. Noodles were perfectly cooked. But the star was the chashu. It was melt in your mouth tender and had a nice BBQ flavor. Akira definitely ranks at the top among my favorite ramen eateries.

Came here on my lunch break with a friend. It's a cute Ramen restaurant in Towson near the round about. They have a cute anime decor. The service was fast. And our server was friendly. They use one of those robots to deliver the food, that was kinda cool to see. The food was decent as well.

The food and boba were terrific for a quick, casual dinner with my husband and daughter while we waited for my son's soccer practice to end. The cat robot who delivered food to the table was also super cute and delighted my daughter.

Very cool spot with great food. A cozy interior with a lively atmosphere and food served with a smile, from the staff both human and robotic, very fun. We tried something from all parts of the menu and enjoyed it all.

A real gem among the many food selections in Towson. This new spot has lots of highlights. It's location on the Circle across from Towson Tavern has convenient parking in the lot under the Circle. Very friendly and professional staff, including Kitty food carrying robot. Fresh, top quality food from Ramen to Sushi - great selection, good portions, beautiful presentation. I have eaten here several times with family members and we've had a variety of offerings. No disappointments. Added bonus, they're connoting the Japanese Desert spot next door. Order from your table or go over and pick from their yummy choices. BTW - outdoor seating.

Food was great. The seafood Ramen was excellent but the service left me sad. We were left without water for a long time. In addition we were going to order desert but they took too long that we did not . I pulled out my credit card to try to get attention for our check. I

Great addition to towson. Awesome and speedy service. Great rolls with soft rice. The mango sushi roll was my favorite. There is a little robot that comes around with food which is cute to see. Will be returning for a sushi fix.

I'm a regular here for the following reasons: The owner is super polite. The ambience is comfortable and warm.The food is good and consistent in quality so you know what to expect.

LOVE THE RAMEN!!! and what's extra cool is the ramen is delivered by a ROBOT. My cousin loves it. If you go, also try the karagge chicken... chefs kiss.They are so nice, one time they even gave us some free desserts which were so good, like ice cream and cake; they were delicious. My sister loves their boba and I like the lemonade. The strawberry Milk tea is also one of our favorites. Sometimes they have anime playing on the TV which we really think is cool.

The worst ramen I have ever eaten. I got the veggie ramen for takeout. Paid extra for an egg. Got the egg but there was nothing in ramen. The noddles were not curly as it was stated in the description. Only corn..no other vegetables and no tofu. The broth was just what you get in a miso soup. I could have made a better ramen at home.
