Agape House Catering

They catered for my friends company holiday party. I got a chance to sample the food and it was so good. My favorite was the mac and cheese. Tasted as though it was crafted by the hands of angels. The stuffed salmon with crab cake on top was good. Turkey seasoned well. Greens were tasty. The sweet potato pie was also delicious. If I have an event anytime soon, I would love to use their catering services.

Your ATTITUDE and the way you treat your paying customers says a lot about your company. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this catering company. Also, the string beans were very mushy and smelled horrible, like they were spoiled. We ended up throwing them out, which was a waste of money. The rest of the food was just ok. What's sad is that another professional company in the venue at the time even commented on the attitude and disposition of this company and how they appeared very unprofessional.

I have used Agape house on multiple occasions and have recommended their services because the food is amazing. Imagine how livid and disappointed I was to see that they cancelled an order I placed for my dad's repass without contacting me. My mom and our guests would have walked into an event space without any food which would have been embarrassing and disastrous. Had I not emailed them to confirm that is exactly what would have happened.The excuse I was provided was that the charge was reversed on my card. Dear sir, that was not proper notification. I know what I spend and pay the bill at the end of the month. I am not monitoring daily to see if a charge was reversed.I am beyond disappointed in the lack of customer service displayed during what is already a difficult time.

I had agape for a job orientation and the food was so very good I almost forgot what the orientation was about! A loved cook meal.Sag.*****
