I've been patronizing this truck since the middle of 2022. I enjoy their food! I've had their California burrito, Asian beef skewers, Birria tacos, omelettes, and breakfast sandwiches. Their California burrito is huge and absolutely stuffed to the brim with fixings. The Asian beef skewers have great flavor (I love the noodles) but the 2-3 times I've ordered them, the beef has been very fatty. The birria tacos were great and the consommé paired perfectly. My favorite of their offerings are their breakfast items. Their scrambled eggs and omelettes are light and fluffy. Their potato hash with the onions and peppers mixed in is so good. Their breakfast sandwich is huge - definitely a 2 day meal.Overall, I would (and will) definitely return. The staff is friendly and they always have a smile on their faces. Their specials change often and they have a good mix of options that are sure to please anyone in your party.

I've crossed paths with this truck many times but only ordered from them once, and it was the pork belly baos and my sentiments on them mirror the ones of many other reviewers. It's not really living up to expectation. The concept of this truck seems to be experimental to a certain degree and I can't say I loved their take on this one. Like other reviews mentioned, it's more like thick cut bacon on a fried bun (the menu clearly states the bun is fried, by the way).I was recently at the Food Truck Friday in Annapolis event and while I was ordering something from another vendor I smelled their heavenly Chicken Tikka Masala and instantly wished I'd ordered that instead. So I look forward to giving this vendor another shot soon- and let me say I see this truck all over and I really appreciate how they put themselves out there. Watch this space for an update soon!

It's a decent food truck. It's a bit of experimental fusion of Mexican and East Asian dishes. Some of it's really good and some is just okay.Just okay - the pork belly baos and the kung pao cauliflower. When I think baos, I think of soft, pillowy steamed buns, but these are fried and I'm not a fan. The pork belly is more like slightly thick bacon slices than chunks of pork belly (technically as advertised, but disappointing). The flavor is still good though. Same with the cauliflower - I think it was just a little too raw that the crunch distracts from the flavor build around it.Good and would get again - Korean style wings and the birria ramen. The wings are delightfully sweet, spicy, and smoky. Delicious flavor. The birria ramen is perplexing, but good. It has all the flavor of a birria taco, but... it's brothy ramen with noodles. but in a good way. Try it sometime! Considering I like this, I'll have to try their birria tacos, which is often listed as a special.Folks are friendly, service is fast, and prices are fair. Worth trying out sometime.

Yesterday my wife and I caught up with the Achiote MCK truck over in the 2 Rivers community. After seeing there menu on Yelp we were pretty anxious to check them out. The ladies running the stand were very nice. We placed our order and there was about a 15 minute wait for the food, which they were up front about. There were already a good amount of people there when we pulled up.We ended up ordering:BEEF EMPANADASTACOS DE BIRRIABIRRIA RAMENPORK BELLY BAOCALIFORNIA BURRITOOverall the food was decent. I didn't find anything to really be exceptional. The birria ramen was probably my favorite dish if I had to choose. The biggest thing for me was that the prices are pretty steep vs. the portions that you get. 15 bucks for 3 taco's and a small cup of birria. The tacos aren't really very big and at 15 bucks that 5 dollars a taco. 12 bucks for 4 small pork belly bao, 14 for the burrito, etc...Our order came to just over 70 bucks, which we were fine with paying just to support a new business, but I don't think for me personally It would ever turn into a long term option.

I ordered the Shrimp tacos. They were good except they were a little spicy. I had food from them before. The customer service is good.

I went to a yoga event where Achiote MCK was a vendor. I was extremely excited once I saw on their menu that they had hot cheeto covered elote! I was day dreaming about it for days leading up to the event. I honestly probably could have just gotten that and been happy, but I also got a burrito without any meat and that surprisingly came with tater tots! I was not expecting that, so needless to say I was extremely full when I actually wasn't even hungry in the first place, but I had to try it all. And I am so glad I tried their food! I wish they would show up at locations closer to me. I would definitely eat here again. And as much as I say I would just get the elote that I often still daydream about, I probably would still stuff my face and get everything all over again.

A really delicious lunch! Got he pork belly bao and elote. Mayo on everything so flavorful, yes. Am looking forward to this truck returning to my workplace. Bao bread is lightly....fried? So the texture was crisp and soft. I would have enjoyed a fattier cut of meat but it was lean a juicy (props for that). Corn was juicy beautiful - I would have liked more char flavor; you could def. see the char lines on the corn.

Supporting local businesses is critical and exciting. Spotted this location in Odenton and tried two types of empanadas (chicken and the beef/cheese). The crust was fried to perfection and weren't greasy, a major plus when biting in and enjoying it the crunch. There were 3 to an order. The beef was tender and had more flavor than the chicken, which was cubed & rather bland. A red dip and aujus was served with the beef; the red dip was tasty. Two dips were served with the chicken empanadas, but they were much too oily for my taste. I also ordered the Teriyaki beef sticks served over udon noodles. The noodles were very well seasoned but again prepared with more oil than necessary. The beef was just okay.Overall the food was just okay but the customer service was really good. I didn't post pics because the food looks exactly like those presented on their page. If you're hungry this will do in a pinch.
