A Town Bar & Grille

I love that this place is just up the road from me. I always come in to get creamer when we run out so I don't have to drive 15 minuets to Walmart. I appreciate the convenience of this place. Their bar in the back is so charming too, it looks like it has been perfectly preserved from the 50's.

What a cool hidden gem! Good atmosphere! My husband and I got the old bay wings and gravy fries, both were wonderful! They have a big menu too. Good variety of beer and drinks. Bartenders bust their butts

When I went here for the first time, I was a bit nervous. The decor inside is nonexistent. Holes in the wall, names carved in the tables.. but let me tell you. The best bar food I've ever had. This place has the best wings I've EVER had in my life. Everything here is home made and I've never had a bad meal here. Awesome specials during Ravens games. The staff is incredibly friendly. I come here regularly.

Great local bar. Looks like a hole in the wall but the staff are friendly and the food is to good for bar food. Especially their pizza and crab dip. I think they have a real chef in the kitchen. Alcohol is fairly priced. They have a pool table.

A-Town: What you see is what you get.Randomly placed in the residential/farm area of Brickstore and Beckleysville, A-Town is the lil old white building with everything from pick-up trucks to lawn mowers in the parking lot. It's right across the street from a horse farm. This place is a true reflection of the local color. There are separate entrances for the convenience store and the bar. I haven't been in the bar area yet so the rest of this review is based upon my several visits to the convenience store. The convenience store isn't the cheapest in the world but it's fair for being so far off the beaten path. Good selection of beers. Wine isn't too plentiful in decision-land. I do have to say that the fried chicken I bought the other night for takeaway was delicious. Very happily surprised. Overall, I'd give it a 5 if they'd clean it up just a little bit. I love the clientele; I love the service; I love that it is all local culture.

The food is always good and so is the service. The one thing that may stop me from returning is the annoying buzzer that goes off constantly back in the kitchen! Really annoying!!!!

Food was ok , got a burger it was 15.00 for a frozen beef patty! Would never get it again! Place needs cleaned up ! Waitress was very nice, service was good. Don't think I will be going back anytime soon!l

Great little country bar, beer is always cold.Biggest surprise is the food is over the top great! Stop in for a beer and great food - you won't be sorry

New to the 'hood, found this place on Yelp and glad we tried it. A true dive bar with excellent food, amazing burger!
