I have not ordered from A-1 in years! My son ordered Door Dash. He loves their Cheese Steak Subs. He gets them plain as he's pretty picky with his toppings. I really liked my pizza, well done extra cheese. The crust was cooked perfectly. Nice and crisp. I definitely order again but through the restaurant.

Every time I come to Catonsville I visit A-1. Their subs are exactly the kind I remember growing up in Baltimore in the 70's, the rolls are soft on the outside and grilled on the inside and every variety I've tried is delicious; the cheesesteak, the cheesesteak pizza, the pizza, and especially the crabcake. I recently tried their pizza which, sadly, reminds me more of West Coast pizza than NY, but the sauce was good and the cheese plentiful. The service is excellent, too. The last time I ordered they called back to make sure my sub had the toppings I wanted, tht's going the exltra mile in my book.

What a Gem! I'm from Jersey & I've had a pretty difficult time finding a good Chicken Parm sandwich down here, but this place is it. The bread is fabulous, the chicken is cooked just right & not burned, not scrawny, not too bready. The sauce is just right. Love it! My daughter stole my second half and was equally impressed. Also love their wings! Always gotta add some on with every order.And can't beat their service. The staff is the best! Like I said, what a GEM!

Wings appear to be frozen and heated along with being breaded and very fatty. Husband said they were disgusting. The pizza has probably frozen crust, not good at all. Nothing about this was good. To top it off we chose contactless and the delivery driver stood at the door waiting until we would come take the pizza from him.

Not only do the staff provide excellent service, but (in the vast variety of places to choose from for pizza), the pizza and food here are great! I enjoy the chicken tenders, spaghetti (meatballs are tender and tasty), and even the garlic bread is unique and delicious. Been coming here for years... don't listen to the negative reviews; give the pizza a try and thank me later

Would never order from here again. This is supposed to be a turkey sub...I couldn't even tell if it was ham or turkey on the sub because it tasted fake. Bread was stale. Mayo was watery. So gross. Not sure how this place has good reviews

Fries were good, and that is about where it stops. Cheesburger: No option for a burger bun, only regular sandwich bread. came with lettuce, tomato and what I assume was mayo on it, but does not state this on the menu. If your going to have it come with toppings include it so we have a chance to remove them. "Gourmet Salad" Cobb Salad: What a joke of a salad, Chicken was dry, overcooked egg, (green ring around yoke and rubbery). Specs of Blue Cheese and no red cabbage. it was a plastic container filled with Romaine lettuce.... BLT: Bacon wasn't crispy at allSteak Quesadilla: Steak tasted was off, kinda like the old frozen steakumm meat and while it did have a good amount of steak it had very little cheese. Ordered through Door Dash, the Dasher was great and called to tell me she was onsite waiting on the order and it was 15 mins behind due to the restaurant.
