Stopped in with my best friend on a whim for brunch this morning and I'm so glad we did. We had the Prime Rib Hash and the Honey Roasted Brie Waffle with Wild Blueberries. They were both amazing! Very highly recommend for Brunch or Dinner!

We chose to eat outside to stay in the heart of the action, but I peeked inside, and let me tell you, the interior is super cozy -- the kind of place you could hang out in for hours.Now, let's talk food. I ordered the smoked beef brisket Philly, and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. The flavor was amazing, with perfectly crispy bread and just the right amount of cheese. The brisket had that smoky, melt-in-your-mouth quality that took it to the next level. Then there was the Hot Turkey sandwich -- juicy, flavorful, and it gave off serious Thanksgiving vibes in the best way possible. It's like having a mini holiday feast in a sandwich! And the Margherita Pizza? Thin, crispy, with fresh toppings and a great sauce -- exactly how I like it.Honestly, I wish this spot was closer to where I live because I'd be here all the time. But even if I'm just passing through the area, I'd absolutely come back. If you're ever in Sykesville, this place is a must-try. Perfect for a quick bite during a festival or a cozy meal inside. You'll leave full and happy!

Looking for a great place to eat where the portions are generous and the food is delicious? 7556 Main Street Bistro is the place. I peppered the server with lots of questions about gluten free options and she was quite lovely and got answers for all of them. The atmosphere is casual and friendly. And I love when the chef takes time to greet his customers. This is one place we plan on returning and trying out more of the many menu options. Highly recommend!

Delicious! I loved their menu and the service was really good despite being crowded with the beer festival when we visited. Thai chicken sandwich was a winner!

Hate to give this place 3 stars, but I have to for service. I had booked a reservation over the phone (100% sure) and when we arrived, they said they didn't have our reservation. Had to wait nearly 30 minutes for a table, even though the place was only half full. Once seated, the wait staff was scatter brained, always forgetting our drinks, appetizers, etc. To start, we had the smoked kung pao wings. The flavor was good but they were super overcooked. To eat, 2 of us had prime rib and I had mongolian beef. The prime rib was solid. The mongolian beef was very fatty and made me feel sick later that evening. Not great. Had heard such great things about this bistro, but not sure that I'd come back based on service alone. Wondering if it was a one-off experience given the other reviews are so positive.

Good food! Friendly and prompt service. The house-smoked salmon hash was delicious and the crab sliders were FULL of crab. Very yummy! Excellent spicy Bloody Mary, too. A gem we were lucky to stumble upon.

A small establishment with great food. Meals are made fresh and take a little longer but worth it. Have tried several different meals and everything was great

Great place for a date night. It's small and a little pricey but the quality of the food is very good. We've been there 3-4 times now without the kids and have always had a good experience

Great little spot in Sykesville. Food was excellent and the server was attentive. Lots of options including some Asian inspired dishes. We had the potstickers, Mongolian Beef and the Scallops entrees. Huge portions and well prepared. The butter sauce for the scallops was a little soupy but they were tender and well cooked. The Mongolian beef was well seasoned and large enough for leftovers. The cocktail options were limited but we were happy with the old fashion and Moscow mule. Looking forward to coming back soon. Glad to support some local Sykesville business.
