410 BBQ

The food is always good I've had the ribs twice and can't believe I never reviewed they were that good that I didn't take picture.... Will post if I find one in my camera roll. Today I opted for the beef sausage. Very friendly service and fast. The have little buzzers too so you can wait away from the truck.

Tried 410 BBQ for the first time today. Food truck rotates locations so check their website for the schedule. I got the pulled pork sandwich and coleslaw. Pork was well seasoned but their spicy bbq sauce set it off. The coleslaw is really good as well. Will definitely be back when they are in the Owings Mills area! Sorry but I ate my food before I even thought about taking a picture. Lol

I've had 410 BBQ a few times-- they are usually on the rotating truck schedule at Manor Hill Brewing. It's pretty good BBQ with great service. The pulled pork sandwich and sides are good, but the real winner is the pulled pork nachos-- so cheesy and the pulled pork on top is delicious. My hands down favorite item on their menu is the Banana Pudding. Sometimes I skip the BBQ and just get the pudding. Definitely worth a try!

410 BBQ was on site at the hospital for 2 days! I think that's pretty awesome for business. I ordered 1/2 chicken macaroni and green beans. The food was balanced, not overly salty or smoked. I hope to see them soon with a wider selection.

Hands down the best ribs both my partner and I have ever had. Mac & cheese, greens, and baked beans were also incredible. I discovered their food truck via the HoCo Food Truck page. What I really respect about his business is that he's transparent. I remember back in the summer they shared pictures on FB showing just how much it cost for a rack of ribs. I really appreciated that. To show "this is how much it costs for me to buy xyz" really spoke to me as a customer. Props for that. I'm pretty sure I saw that he uses a Myron Mixon grill or smoker. To those into BBQ you know that's something that makes you go hm. GH means business! Hands down best BBQ in Maryland.

If you want the Best Barbecue in Baltimore you got to try 410BBQ Food Truck. I've gotten BBQ here before but always eat my food first and forget to post my pic. Today I got the 1/2 Rack of Spare Ribs w/ Cole Slaw and BBQ Beans. I don't know what he did but he put his foot in this,Lol! The Ribs are tender, tasty and meaty, falling off the Bone. The Cole Slaw and BBQ Beans are delicious. Whenever I want Barbecue now this is my go to place. You can follow them on Instagram and Facebook to find out where they will be next. First time trying 410 BBQ and we will definitely be back! The pulled pork nachos are delicious! My kids loved the 1/2 chicken meal and Mac and cheese. They actually finished it all which is unheard of around here (5 and 7yrs old). The banana pudding is also a surprisingly good treat. Friendly and quick service too.

I didn't love it, which was disappointing. I got the half chicken with coleslaw and green beans from their food truck. The green beans were packaged incorrectly and spilled all over the bag on the way home. They were salvageable, but they weren't great. The green beans tasted like canned green beans that had been stewed again and were mush. The coleslaw was decent, nothing special. The chicken was okay but a little on the dry side. I liked the bbq sauce, though it was pretty sweet (even the spicy one). The service was nothing to remark over. Prices are too high for what you get. Wouldn't be back.

Absolutely delicious bbq and so easy to work with! We had 410 BBQ cater for our wedding rehearsal dinner and everything went perfectly. The mac and cheese, baked beans, green beans, pulled chicken, pulled pork, and ribs were huge hits among our guests. Gary was incredibly responsive to our questions and followed up with us after our event to make sure we were satisfied with the food and our experience. He is an amazing chef with a natural talent for flavorful, top-quality bbq. 410 BBQ is definitely a must-try!

I went to their food truck outside Sapwood today. Was inside having a beer and every time the door opened, a delicious bbq smoke wafted in. Got half a rack of the St. Louis ribs, delicious, perfectly moist, fall off the bone, still perfect texture. Should have gotten the full rack! I'm really picky about ribs, real deal here
