2 BOLD Chefs & A Truck

We have a food truck on Tuesday for the rest of September and early October. So, we wandered over.Of course, stop one was the Greek place.Not sure why :-)1. Gryo's were good.2. Hummus was great. The pita with the hummus needed to be more fresh and fresh.3. The baklava was good. It was a little dry (I could have used more honey).This was a good experience and our first Maryland Greek Food Truck visit.

Reliability. Our experience has been that their food truck was scheduled for our community and left early on one Friday and no show at their next scheduled Friday.

Terrible. Had their chicken gyro. Inedible. Chicken was old / disgusting. Lettuce also at least a week past its sell-by date. Horrible food, and it was $16. Won't be fooled again.

My family has been actively supporting local businesses, so when this food truck returned to a local parking lot, we were eager to help and eat! I was a little underwhelmed, though.My salad was not undersized. Oddly, it was perfect. I was a little sad about the amount of tzaziki. And it was kind of clumped into a corner of the takeout tray.The lamb meat was tasty and perfectly spiced; but I do think it's a sort of deli style, and not the traditional style, cooked on a vertical spit.All in all, though. Really hard to find a spot that sells authentic greek fare.I love this!!

2 Bold Chefs brought their food truck and catered my wedding this past weekend. The food was exceptional (as expected) and they left us with enough baklava to last the whole month! When we hit an issue a couple days before the wedding about the venue allowing the truck, Emile ran all over and solved the problem for us getting the approval we needed. They even signed our guestbook and helped to unload some decor when they first got there. Can't wait to visit them and their truck in the future!!!

Awful. The beef kabob is not cuts of beef like the menu picture, but minced meat formed into strips. Tasted strongly of rancid grease. Could not get past one bite. The lamb gyro is not shaved from a vertical spit like the menu picture but highly processed slabs of grey stuff. Waste of $25 and had to cook dinner when food truck Tuesday was supposed to be convenient. Avoid.

These guys show up during lunch hours at my work. I got the chicken sovlaki rice bowl (either lamb or chicken) and it was delicious and a big portion which was great! Spices and tzatziki were great. Thank you chefs!!

These guys came to our apt bldg and were super nice. I loved how they had a pretty solid menu base that you could customize with sauces and sides so everyone gets their own preferences. Really flavorful. Also, the baklava was

Omg they are awesome. Wonderful customer service. I felt appreciated and even better the food is delicious. I don't use that word lightly either. Hummus, salmon, chicken....look at it all cause it's already gone. Mmmm mmm mmmm.

I got an email from my apartment that they were coming out. No food trucks were there that day. I called and Cher O'Neal said they overbooked on accident. Iwas told they rescheduled to come out in a couple weeks and i would get some kind of compensation for the mix up. They food truck was scheduled to stay until 7:30. I walked up to where the truck was as they were driving away at 7pm. They left 30 min early. please don't ever come back to my apartment. Let a food service that's actually going to do what they say come out and save everyone the wasted time.
