1000 Degrees Pizza - Baltimore, MD

Today we got a delicious pizza! I do not cheese but, I got marinara, mushrooms, fresh garlic, tomatoes and grilled chicken! It is banging!!!!So fresh and de'lish! Service was great. The restaurant itself is clean, trendy, and the actual pizza oven is very cool! Check it out you will not be disappointed.

I am new to the area. I have visited this location 2-3 times. The food has always been okay (considering it's hard to make bad pizza). However, I wish the customer service was better. Two young girls were working on my first visit a few weeks ago. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza which included onions. She proceeded to put everything on my pizza except onions. I assumed she would add them at the end. Well, she didn't. I called her out, and she responded, "we're out of onions." She should have informed me upfront and possibly offered a substitution. ---Staff should be more welcoming!

Understaffed, very sub par food and poor service. If you want pizza, go elsewhere, there are many other decent places in the area.

The food is nasty and the staff is worest. Don't waist ur time.I asked for manager no one responded.

We came here for lunch because it looked like a new spot with something different. It's like some of the newer fast service pizza places that have been popping up recently. The place looked nice on the inside, but it could have been a little cleaned. I ordered the pollo loco pizza on Roman crust. Roman is like a longer pizza with a thicker crust. The lady took my order and started to make my pizza I noticed she kept looking back at the menu to read what toppings were supposed to be on it. Half way through adding the toppings she slid the pizza to another worker and took the next persons order. This guy asked her what my pizza was and the. He started looking at the menu to see what it should be before he grabbed a bunch of green peppers and put them on the pizza. It wasn't even supposed to have green peppers on it. He then went to put it in the oven and I had to ask him to stop and put the rest of the toppings on. It was supposed to get red onions so I asked him to add those and it was supposed to get blue cheese crumbles but then he said they were out of that. The whole ordering expert was a mess but he tried to do a good job. The lady should have just made my pizza instead of sliding it to him and. It saying anything. She didn't seem to really care. I added a coke to my pizza which was $12.50. My total was over $16 before tip so they charge $3.50-$4 for a 12oz coke? That's crazy. After a few short minutes my pizza is ready. I was very hungry and didn't have long for lunch, so I tried to eat it fast. The pizza looked good but tasted acrid and bitter like charcoal. I looked at the underside of the pizza and it was all jet black burned up something terrible. I really wanted to ask for my money back because it was disgusting and inedible. I had to get back to work so I took one more bite and threw it in the trash. The service was mediocre at best and the employees were not trained properly on how to make the different specialty pies and clearly don't know how to cook it properly in that oven. The price would have been ok if the food wasn't burned to oblivion and inedible. I would not come back to this place or recommend anyone eat here. This experience and food was highly disappointing. They need to do better

Wow! I was seriously impressed with this pizza joint right near Hopkins downtown campus. I went for lunch on a weekday and split a 10inch pizza for only $9!!!! That's such a good deal. The crust was pretty good if you like thin crusts and the pizza was LOADED with toppings too. I was again, so impressed!!! I'm definitely going again to get this pizza for a quick lunch fix. Would definitely recommend to friends near the area. 100% better than any fast food pizza!

They have an amazing menu with lots of unique pizza choices. A lot of their pizzas do have meat though, so I would be careful in reading through the entire list of toppings before choosing as a vegetarian or as someone with dietary restrictions. We ended up getting Neapolitan Smokey Pollo pizza which ended up having bacon in it too. While that was in the description, I wish it was included in the title too as I cannot eat bacon due to dietary restrictions. I ended up pulling off bacon bits to the best of my ability, but unfortunately I still got sick after. My friends who did not have any dietary restrictions thoroughly loved the pizza though and we will probably be back to try different topping combos

I moved to BMORE June 2020, and had not had pizza since I left prince George's county, when I lived around the corner from the place. I finally found my favorite pizza place in my new area. I'm now about 15 min away in my new area. I love this place for the simple fact that you can get unlimited toppings, and yep I push it to the limit . Recently I have tried their wings, and I love them as well, I got the garlic Parmesan, I'm team flats all the way.

So I came here on a super rainy day. We got the meat lovers pizza and cinnamon sticks/bread. The food was ready within 10 minutes of us placing the order. The cinnamon sticks were amazing!!! The toppings were amazing but something about the pizza crust was not good... at all. Maybe I got a bad batch, not sure but I would have to try again in order to figure it out. Best guess was that it was burnt? Idk but it wasn't right.

Nice Neapolitan pizza place in Baltimore. I was scared about burnt pizza comments but people that is what Neapolitan is and the way it is cooked.
