"Ahhh, remember back to the 80's.....this was one of the most iconic places in the DMV for bands to play. Well, The original warehouse is now the parking lot for Raven Stadium but is reimagined container ship outdoor venue isn't too bad. The only negative side was $50 to park during a ravens game.Other than that the service was fabulous! You purchase your drink in one line and then take the receipt over to the next line to actually get your beverage-everybody was super friendly.Under the covers was the band that played when we were there they were great. There's a VIP area with picnic tables to sit down other than that there's plenty of stand up bar area to watch teams on the big screen or just enjoy the live music."
"I absolutely loved this place. I had the pazole and tamales wrapped in banana leaves. The waitress was very friendly and her husband was the cook. Originally from Mexico, they are pumping out food from recipes handed down for generations through their family. I wish I lived closer, id eat here all the time. Do your foodie self a favor and try it out."
"My favorite Maryland hot pot place so far! Everything is fully buffet style, where you pick your base and can get unlimited meat/seafood/veggies for the price of $32 per adult. Overall a very good deal for AYCE with free soup refills as well! I personally really enjoyed the mushroom soup base, but also heard great things about the tom yum, szechuan spicy, and healthy herbal bases from my friends that I went with. The service is also great, with chicken karaage served immediately after being seated, and refills of soup base occasionally and also when requested. The winter melon tea is also excellent, and the dessert selection includes ice cream, fruits, and sesame balls (a personal favorite of mine). I sometimes struggle at hot pot places to find food I can eat as someone that doesn't eat beef/pork, but was pleasantly surprised to see such a large seafood, vegetable, and non red meat selections.A very classic sauce bar, which is ofc one of the most make or break aspects of any hot pot restaurant. The ambiance is very cozy, especially when seated in the side booths with bigger groups. Looking forward to my next trip here!"
"We work on Saturdays and breakfast is imperative. We all got together on a group order and called it in. Once our guy got there he paid for the order and left the store. Once he arrived back with the food to much jubilation, which subsequently ended after we discerned that the order was incorrect. The lady on the other end argued him up and down saying that he did not order what I heard him order first hand. So instead of masking it right , she is instead dismissive and callous. We are making one order that he was reading from a list and I definitely heard him say what he said he said , and she takes multiple orders so it's understandable if she confuses one every once in a while. But in business, you have to own up to your mistakes. She was just like "oh well , eat sh!+" Ruined everyone's breakfast and pretty much lost my business. I don't support businesses that treat customers like they are doing us a favor."
"Went with our kids on 6$ burger Monday. The burgers, fries and drinks were awesome. Service was fast and it was overall a fun atmosphere. Absolutely can't wait to come back!"
"I almost didn't get out of my car to go into this place once I realized it was in a grocery store. I said what the heck and went in anyway. I'm so so happy I did. There's a little food court, so you have options...Nice.My ribs were served sizzling on a cast iron plate, which beautifully carmelized the meat and onions. YUM! My only complaint about the food. They only have white rice; I prefer to frequent places that offer healthier options like brown or black. Other than that, this place is a gem!"
"5 star for a carry out. I hope you could hear my fake Marralin accent. When I lived here it was my go-to for 4 wings and fries or chicken cheesesteak with extra hots. Same menu same dopeness of greasy and hit just right with cold Nehi sodas and mambo sauce!"
"Snatcher's is great. I mean, man what a name. Sitting outside gives you not only creek visibility, but also creek sounds. Yes, you get the sounds of a forest stream in the background, which - let's face it - we all find oh so soothing. It's up there with sitting by the window on a lazy summer afternoon with rain lightly pattering outside. That patter, you know the one.The food is, well, it's creek food. Food that you could envision eating by a creek. That means fried haddock, black and bleu bacon cheese burgers, and the driest looking cheese steak I've ever laid eyes on. Oh, and patty melts. If you can look past the mosquitos, which I suppose you could say is part of the charm, then Snatcher's Creekside is a perfect catch. As an added bonus to everything you've just read, I have just three words: off street parking. This is actually huge since the further you go north on Main Street, the parking gets scarce and private lots charge a buttload. Also, how can you not like their motto? "Hey, we're Snatcher's. Come 'n git it." How I adore small town charm. Ok, that's not really their motto, but I swear I saw it on a t-shirt when I was down there."
"Finally, some great pizza!! I ordered pizza, calamari, bruschetta, and chicken tenders for the kids and it was all delicious!! Now I have a regular place I can rely on.."
"Ordered via door dash. Solid! I got the fried tilapia sandwich and the honey butter chicken with bacon. Fish was good. Fried well with a hint of heat. Only complaint as there was BARELY any tartar sauce on it. Chicken was good too BUT they missed the order notes to add lettuce and tomato. I did get mumbo sauce on the side and it worked well with both sandwiches. Delivered hot!"
"Need a spot to hit for a casual drink?Say no more, don't even need to thinkAt McGoverns, there's a Guiness waiting for you!Come on down, and have a pint or two! They've got local beers to pour on tap,And awesome bartenders to shoot the crapThursdays serve up one dollar Bohs,And whiskeys always served til closeA few blocks off the Canton SquareIs the chillest Irish pub out thereToo many beers in, you might forget itBut come check it out, you won't regret it"
"Tried Kin Da Thai and Sushi for the first time as I've driven past this place dozens of times and I'm glad I did. My wife tried the lunch special here once and said it was good. I would like to start off by saying the prices here are very reasonable and the food quality and taste reflects that. I opted for the the cashew chicken w/ a side of steamed rice and the chicken was a hit! It was nice and crispy and the sauce added a nice flavor to it. My wife got the chicken pad Thai which was flavorful as well. The crab rangoons were decent, just a little on the chewy side. The customer service here was great which added to the positive experience."

"UPDATE: The new Lansdowne Inn has taken advantage of the 2020 shutdowns to do some much needed renovation. The sad brick building has been built out and encapsulated by corrugated metal. It would look like a transplanted prison hut if it wasn't for the simplistic red, white, and blue decorations outside and the beer signs in each window, so instead it looks like a liquor store serving the Republican National Convention. The inside is very nice, now a wide open space with new furniture and clean wooden floors. Large TVs adorn the walls, making this a great place to catch a game. Train decorations adorn the walls in a nod to its heritage, although even with all the changes this place does not have much of an identity. The food and drink options are the same as always. A full bar with limited beer and wine options, basic American fare and pub grub. Both okay with better prices than the city center or other more populated areas. The wings are big and cooked well, and both the Garlic Parmesan and the Jamaican Jerk were tasty. The former was a dry rub and the latter had a spicy sauce so if that matters to you be sure to ask how they're served as it isn't marked on the menu. I've had wing snobs tell me they are expensive for what you get, but I'd say the prices are fine.Your mileage may vary, but the old guard servers are friendly and attentive, the new staff is still learning (chatting with tables while ignoring the bar.) The new folks are also resistant to mask mandates, laughing in my face when I dared to ask them to wear it over their nose, so this may not be the place to go if that worries you."
"The meatballs are so good I get them on my pizza every time!! I love the onion rings, they are huge and have whole onions in them, the batter is spot on with crispness and a touch of sweetness they are so good! This place is my favorite for dine in or carry out and can be found on DoorDash which is very convenient!!"
"Always a great spot to hit. I've dined in and gotten take-out many times. The restaurant is a more rustic, bar feel. The service is fairly quick and their food is phenomenal. 100% would recommend their Pulled Pork platter. Their bread pudding is also a MUST. They have a variety of different types and my favorite one is the Brownie Chunk Bread Budding."
"Color me shocked.I was waiting for a tire rotation and balance up the road at Radial Tire (see my review, they're awesome). The kiddo was getting hungry, and it was going to be a while, so I decided we would walk to a deli. About half-way to the other deli, we walked by Brookville Eatery.Brookville Eatery doesn't look like anything from the outside. In fact, the kiddo looked at me quite askance and asked if I was going to make her try a sketchy restaurant again. "Shush", I said. "Sometimes you find hidden gems in unassuming places. We can at least look at the menu."So, we walked in. It doesn't look like much more on the inside than it does on the outside, but the kiddo saw a magic word on the board above the counter. They had pancakes. She was sold. I happen to like pancakes too, and since they're pretty hard to royally screw up, why not. Two orders of pancakes, please. Wait...what? $6 TOTAL? Ok...As we sat at the one table (it is primarily a take-out joint), the kiddo noticed the vintage arcade machines. Galaga and Ms. Pacman. After I explained to her that when I was her age, we didn't have Wii, and if we wanted to play a video game, it cost a quarter, and we had to use those machines, she wanted to try it.Some construction-worker-looking-types were also there waiting for their called-in order, and saw my little blonde munchkin walking toward Galaga. Apparently one of them had been quite the Galaga player back in the day, and started pumping quarters into the machine, teaching her the secrets of the game. She was enthralled. And then our food arrived. Those pancakes were HUGE! And GOOD! Kiddo and I both polished off every last crumb.I gotta say, any time I have reason to go back to radial tire for anything, I know where I'll be going when I get the munchies."
"small restaurant but great food and great hospitality! Would come again. wished they had more individual nigiri options but they do have sushi+nigiri dinner sets"
"FINALLY!!! I finally got to this bar. What a great welcome from Jennifer and the other patrons that welcomed me and my guest. I had a drink and brisket rolls, OMG! So delicious. It was a very welcoming atmosphere with a "Cheers" vibe. I will be back, regularly."
"Great Russian store that has anything a post-Soviet would want, from all kinds of groceries to cold cuts and cheese and deserts and lots of tasty prepared foods for a great price. This is my go-to when I have nothing to make for dinner and I want some stuffed cabbage and olivier salad, and maybe some blini for breakfast and cutlets for the next day too...Now if only MD would grant them a liquor license to sell Baltika and the vodka they're named after!"
"Oh my Waffle! This place was not packed for brunch and I'm notsure why! This is an amazing place to brunch and if you haven't been, GO! Everything was GOOD! The Waffle was to die for! Will be back to brunch. Great service too!"
"We were heading to Laurel and then found out the place we were going was crossed. We stumbled into this place which is like 17 min from Laurel thanks to someQuick Yelp searches and all agreed this place is pretty good. We came for brunch which is like reasonably priced tapas. The whiskey, bourbon, and beer selections are pretty fantastic. They even have a pre mixed old fashion on tap that is even better. Desserts such as the donut of the day and bread of the day are a nice thing to take home to anyone you have waiting. We sat at the bar and were served by Able who was attentive and informative. Great experience and I can't wait to come back for dinner."
"After eating fresh fried food from the American Fish and Chicken downtown location, it was great to hear that a second had opened in Towson. Portions are large and freshly fried to order, both locations are very clean, and the staff provides friendly service. It is nice to eat fried food cooked at a high enough temperature that is not mainly breading. My husband loves the catfish, and I always enjoy the fried vegetables."

Love the new Hammerjacks! This place is right next to the stadium and has a fun tailgate atmosphere for the Ravens game. The drinks were reasonably priced and my burger from a local restaurant food truck was top notch. They have live music, the game is playing, and....beer pong. What more could you want from a space next to the stadium on game day. I have been to this venue a couple times now and there are fun bands playing and a great vibe!

Individual hot pots with a large selection of veggies, noodles, seafood and meat! The first thing I liked about Hot Pot King was their vast selection of vegetarian friendly soup options. One thing about going to hot pot is I find there's only 2-3 options but here's there's 5 (spicy kimchi, fresh tomato, golden pumpkin, mushroom, and healthy herbal). Another thing I liked was that every item they had was pre portioned in a container which you could easily grab. It made it quicker to grab everything I wanted and plus if you're new to hot pot, an idea of what the item looks like. If you're in the area, def try them out!!

We had a really great meal yesterday for lunch. I was craving pasta, so I thought we'd finally give Pizza Sauce a try. It's a cute place, decorated well, comfortable with great service. We had one of those meals where we covered the table in food, and all of it was delicious.I had the Chef's Trio (Marinara, Lasagna, Stuffed Shells, Ravioli and Baked Cheese) with a gorgeous and huge side salad (roasted red peppers!!), with honey mustard dressing, and very lovely garlic bread. It was so satisfying. And there was so much in the container (they served it in a metal to-go bowl, which makes a lot of sense because there's so much sauce and cheese) I don't think I ever got around to eating any of the ravioli. Not to worry. I love that there's pasta in my fridge, for later when I need that warm, gooey hug.My mom surprised me by not getting pasta. She was disappointed that there weren't any eggplant dishes on the extensive menu, and couldn't get her brain to accept any of the other Italian offerings. She got C.B.R. (Chicken Bacon Ranch: Provolone, Marinated Chicken, Bacon and Ranch) with fries AND a "small" Cobb salad (Mozzarella, Marinated Chicken, Bacon, Romaine Lettuce, whole boiled egg, Tomato and Cucumbers) with balsamic vinaigrette (because they were out of the raspberry vinaigrette). That salad was GARGANTUAN for a small.Jeremy got a Pizza Steak (Mozzarella, Marinara and Steak), after someone he respects recommended that he try one, when she found out we were going to Philly for his birthday, and his deep love of cheesesteaks. He seemed to like it, but he didn't finish the whole thing. That could be because he also got a Philly Burger (Grilled sweet & banana peppers, mushrooms, fried onions, crispy bacon, fried egg with yellow american cheese. Served with fries) and he didn't even care that there were mushrooms. He REALLY enjoyed that. Look at the photo. Who wouldn't? But he said that the star of the show were the garlic parmesan wings, because they weren't just dusted in the seasoning. It was a sauce. Not gonna lie, I really wanted to try one, but I was too busy focusing on my own meal, and he completely smashed them on his own.Everything we had was delicious, so yes, I recommend.

Food was delicious! I had the bun-less burger bowl with onion straws subbed on top. So good! My hubby had a burger and said it was delicious. We sat outside and our server was excellent- very attentive. First time and we will be back!

Located in the Hmart, this is a convenient place to get quality, delicious food at a great value. I got the fried fish with tofu soup $20, and it tasted great! You order and pick up from the counter. It's a great place to go to eat then shop for groceries. There is a complimentary water and tea station. I will be back!

I'll start by saying the restaurateurs are friendly nice folks. The food however were two misses. Got the cheese steak after seeing a couple favorable reviews for it. While it is a decent amount of steak meat it's very Bland and not seasoned. Could use a bit more cheese as well. Then the chicken Yat gaw mein. It's the soup non sauce type which is fine, but again very Bland (lacks flavor) and has large chunks of celery in it. Not a fan. I've never had a Yat with celery in it ... Furthermore it had next to no protein/chicken in it whatsoever.Maybe their other offerings are better but I unfortunately had two swings and misses.

"Matthew's Pizza has been around since the early '40s, and they're known for their Crab Pie.We came here to check their pizzas out, and the place was cute and cozy. Note that there's many who calls in to place orders to go, and some ingredients may run out.We ordered:+the 3 Cheese Pie - with hand-grated mozzarella, reggianito, and ricotta; I think we should have gone for the simple 1- or 2-cheese pie, as the ricotta was just not good in here; there were just clumps of it that was not spread around and didn't seemed to be cooked all the way through+the Crab Pie - topped with backfin crab meat, hand-grated mozzarella, caramelized onions, and Old Bay seasoning; this looked great visually, as there was crab that covered all the surface area; however, not sure how fresh the crab was, as it did have a 'fishy' odor and taste to itThe sizes of the pies seemed like personal pan pizzas; the crust, similar to a pan-style. It was stated that they come out 'well-done', but I felt that we should have requested 'extra well-done' or 'extra crispy'.There was only one staff member who was working, and she was on it! She was able to take orders on the phone, for carry-outs, and service all the tables.Street parking can be found around the area.+friendly staff"
"I Needed some sandwich trays for a funeral luncheon and the restaurant I usually deal with wasn't open that day, so I decided to try Bachetti's. They did an exceptional job. The food got rave reviews from those who attended. Highly recommend. Will definitely use them again."
"Great food with great service. The two bartenders were quick and very attentive to our needs."
"Not you average cinnamon bun! Very soft bun and a warm, melted glaze topped it off. Just wish I got the regular size bun instead of the mini bun. Yummy!"
"Great crabs, great service- this is where we stop on the way to Orioles games. One side is a nice seafood restaurant the other a bar"
"Gertrude's is the upscale restaurant in the Baltimore Museum of Art.* * *The Baltimore Museum of Art gets about 38 stars. For a small museum playing catch-up with the big city majors, It is amazing. The contemporary exhibits are incredibly well chosen with fantastic selections of artists and works. The older galleries have to live with what was not picked up first by places like the Met in New York. For some hard to understand reason, Baltimore scored a massive number of Matisses. But, Matisse aside, the average older gallery has about two amazing pieces among a ho hum rest. But those two amazing pieces ...* * *That said, Yelp is not about porcelain boddhisattvas.Yelp is about the food.Gertrude's is good eating. It is a nice room. The menu is small, and heavy on seafood and sandwiches.Make that elegant seafood and upscale sandwiches. They do not inflate the prices because you are in a museum. The pricing is much appreciated by Samuel C.Add the charm of the setting, and this is a great place to be.I was with amazing company discussing deep philosophical issues. So my attention to the food was probably less than I would have liked for a Yelp review. But I loved everything I had ...Double that for dessert.* * *And how can you not like your salmon,When back in the gallery, you have just seen the contemporary mandala of your dreams?"
"I'd heard about this place from others, so was looking forward to our planned lunch pickup from them. We were driving through the area and wanted to grab some tacos for lunch. We called ahead to order and that requires some patience as the atmosphere in the background is lively and you need to make sure you're clear in your request. The PDF menu online and what is on the online order menu are different - both pricing and options - so we stuck with the filling choices from the PDF menu. I went for a chicken taco and a chorizo taco. They are on two corn tortillas (flour available by request for a slight upcharge) that are amply filled with meat that is clearly well prepared and seasoned. All tacos are served with a side of cilantro, onions, radish and cucumbers with two salsas (red and green). The chorizo was by far my favorite, but both were good. They were filling and just what we needed for lunch that day."
"First time coming here at this new location in Reisterstown. Nice clean atmosphere. Plenty of tables to sit at with tvs to watch. Staff was patient and friendly as I took my time to look over the menu and decide my order. I ordered the combo of wings with the ranch dry seasoning with fried rice. Upgraded to shrimp fried rice. Ranch wings were pretty good and fried well. You get a nice size portion of the fried rice. Yum yum sauce is included. Didn't have to wait long for my food to come out. Will be back to try other menu items."
"Food was delicious and made freshThe 2 women there were friendly and just a overall great experience I will be coming back"
"Fast, fresh and delicious.I would recommend to people that enjoy seafood.Only drawback is there is no dine-in"
"I came to Zauq Halal Kitchen after seeing all the amazing reviews online. It's on the same road as security mall but further down. The turn is very easy to miss. It's also attached to a smoothie place. They not only have halal stuff, but they also have some American food too. Their zinger chicken sandwich is pretty good and it is very crispy. I always get the loaded fries here. It is delicious and super filling. You can get chicken or lamb but I always stick to lamb when it comes to halal places. They literally drench the fries in all the toppings. It can be a little heavy so be careful if you're planning on order more than 1 item. I recently tried their mixed gyro platter and that was great too! You should definitely check out Zauq Halal Kitchen if you are in area and like halal food."
"Love the food at Jimmy T's! We went in there for restaurant week a few months ago to try something different and thoroughly enjoyed everything we ate. They have the best fried shrimp that I've ever had in my life! I know it sounds crazy but they are freshly made in a light batter that they use- it's just perfect. No frozen food here- which is refreshing. We have also ordered breakfast and that is just as good. It is a fun time to hang out with other locals and friendly waitstaff. Or you can keep to yourself. If you want to go out to eat by yourself this is the place to go and you won't feel awkward. The juke box always has good music. You can sit at the bar or at the tables. Plenty of seating and pool tables if you are inclined."
"I am absolutely in love with their fried rice. They always give the perfect level of spicyness that I ask for. Their appetizers are yummy as well. My husband loves their pineapple fried rice while I'm fond of their regular spicy fried rice with pork. Their iced Thai tea and iced Thai coffee were both amazing. It's a pleasure to support this small business and its owners- they are kind and devoted to their restaurant. The servers are all sweet and funny. The restaurant itself is a bit of a hole-in-the-wall with limited seating, but it's authentic and cozy, no complaints at all! I only wish it was closer to where I live!"
