OK talk about over priced and terrible delivery!We were so excited to check this place out! Truly very disappointed! We ordered 1 gola ganda, 3 different kinds of faloodas & 7 pans, ended up paying $55! What in the world!If I am paying that much then it better be good which it wasn't at all! It was so watered down & it was nothing but flavor & essence which just made it even worse! Definitely not going back here to get ripped off again. I'll give the 1 star for customer service.

It gets on my last nerve when places have inaccurate hours posted everywhere. I had a hankering for a falooda so I decided to check out Baloch. They had posted about a new rabri falooda in a FB group a few days ago and that was the one I wanted to try. I checked their hours to see they opened at 5 pm every day except Fri-Sun lwhen they opened at 2 pm. I arrived today on Friday at around 2:45 excited for my falooda. They're not opened. I double checked their hours on Yelp and on their website and both say 2 pm. On their FB page it says 3 pm, though. I thought okay I'll run a few errands in the area and come back. I came back a little after 3 pm and still not open. I also called and no response. Well screw that. There aren't any shortages of falooda places in Sugarland. I took my ass to Alpha Juice which was open and had an amazing falooda. I should have just gone there to begin with. Thanks for nothing Baloch.

I went with my siblings, nephews, nieces and children to Baloch Ice cream and had no clue that this ice cream parlor even existed. They actually had quite a bit of other items on the menu such as burgers, kabobs, sandwiches, falooda etcAs we were a big group, it took awhile for everybody to decide on what to order and the cashier was overwhelmed by our party. Nonetheless, we all ended up either ordering ice cream, juice or a shake/falooda. They had some of unique flavors like back home such as chikoo, pista kulfi, badaam (almond), etc.I ordered the pista falooda and it was very good but way tooooo sweet. I couldn't finish it. I gave it to my nieces to finish. I also nibbled a little bit of the ice cream here n there, and it was creamy, rich and flavorful. This is a little hidden secret tucked away in sugarland

This is a hidden gem inside Sugarland that is great for late night cravings. I specifically love coming here for late night icream. Thier butterscotch and redvelvet go hand in hand. If you are hungry they also offer gyros, philly steak, samosas, and some very refreshing juices. Definitely recommend this place.

The Falooda was poorly made and wasn't authentic. The nuts take away from the taste, wasn't a good mix overall.The salted lassi also wasn't authentic and tasted more like lightly salted milk more than anything.

Pani puri was stale and tasteless hard to eat l told the lady on the counter to taste first and then serveChana chat was filled with spice they think spicy food is good in flavorWe already ordered no spice but they think they are smart and know betterNever going there again and also recommend my friends and family to go thereThey overcharged and didn't even return our money back although we give back there intasty ad bad food to them Hopeless

Overpriced food and poor customer service. We ordered chaat, bhel puri, pani puri and falooda. Chaat and bhel puri were mediocre, pani puri was really stale and the pani liquid had old fridge/freezer odor, really awful We sent back pani puri but didn't get a refund. They didn't even bring our food to our tables, yet we tipped 15%. Will not be going back there again!

This place has THE best Falooda I've had in America! So far we have tried Baloch Falooda, Ras Malai Falooda and Karachi and they were all incredibly amazing! Exactly like the ones I used to have in Karachi. On top of it all the owner of the place is such a kind warm person. We were truly blown away by the food as well the customer service here. A true hidden gem that more people need to know about! We will be craving their food when we go back home!
