Balloons & Cupcakes

I stopped in here today to pick up some balloons and cupcakes so I guess this was the best place to go! When I walked in I was surprised at how big it was because I was expecting a tiny store. I was greeted by a very nice woman who is the owner and she was very helpful. I first wanted to get some cupcakes and almost all of them were gone. Fortunately, they still had about eight left. I bought four and left four for the next person. I bought a snicker doodle and a coconut frosted chocolate as well as two Cookie Monsters. All of them were really good! The balloons were nice but sadly they got tangled in my car due to all of the wind today. While I was bringing them to the car the wind picked up and I spent about an hour trying to untangle then but no luck! By the way they looked great but not so good after I got them tangled. :(I totally recommend giving this place a try if you are having a birthday and need cupcakes and/or balloons.

Convenient for me, a mother who resides in Singapore and making a birthday order of ballons and cupcakes for my daughter in Seattle. They not only deliver but also calls me to tell me wat my daughter's reaction was when she received the balloons and cupcakes - surprise and happy. My daughter's text messages to me verify this. They also send pics of my order so I know wat is delivered and how it will be presented. Since Im not able to be with my daughter on this occasion, Balloons and Cupcakes has gone beyond their service of baking and delivery with gestures that allow me to feel close to my daughter in celebrating her birthday. My daughter says the ballons are beautiful and the cupcakes delicious. Thank you Balloons and Cupcakes.

They make sin! Outstanding cupcakes that I would compare to any of the hipster favorites Downtown. I have tried 6 different flavors so far and all have been delicious. They have a different selection each day and you can check their daily updated webpage for whats fresh and in stock. Most cupcake places make a crappy frosting, not these guys. The frostings are obviously made fresh from scratch and are not over sweet.They are located inside Balloon Wizards and seem to be a perfect fit! Get your birthday supplies, balloons, cupcakes & cards all in one spot!I just married ( as the minister) my acupuncturist and she had Cupcakes for 175 people instead of a big cake. It was a huge hit and every liked trying multiple small cupcakes instead of a sliver of some wedding cake only the bride likes.I'm sure I will be back more then often to try every flavor.... I'm dying to try the Smores & Choc Rasberry. So far I loved all the flavors I have tried and the Peanut butter Chocolate is amazing and the double chocolate is rich!

3 Sinful cupcake frosted morsels for this small business located in downtown Des Moines.Last Saturday afternoon, I made a stop here after passing the storefront a few times. Inside you will find a cozy semi okay decorated environment. A bit cluttered, but cute. I ordered a cocconut chocolate frosted cupcake and a chocolate chocolate cupcake at $2.50/each. It comes in a nice plastic container for each to keep your sinful morsels in tip-top shape. Owners/sfaff are VERY PLEASANT AND NICE... which makes up for its lacking cute atomosphere.

I had Pink Vanilla and Dark Chocolate cupcakes. Oh! Yummy. The cupcakes was moist, light and tasty in its own right, a difficult combinationto pull off. They did a great job. Thanks.

Amazing amazing service and cookies and cupcakes. They helped me create a cookie with number 2 on it for my daughters birthday.. I originally wanted to go to fred myer but the lady just said no we dont do that. But this lady was like well i never done that before but sure we can make it happen. They were so delicious everyone at my daughters party kept asking me where I got them :)

I still think they have good cupcakes but they're not as moist as I remember and they've upped their decorations which is nice, but I'd take a moist flavorful cupcake over a pretty cupcake any day... Also I remember when I'd order rocky road and it tasted like rocky road, now it's decorated prettier then before but doesn't taste as great... All in all a great cupcake though

I contacted the business through their website and received a call back within an hour, which surprised me as I emailed them after business hours. I explained I was out of state and would love to have balloons and cupcakes delivered for a birthday.We discussed how many balloons (two size 'bouquets' are available) and what colors, and how many cupcakes. We did not discuss what variety of cupcakes, just that six would be enough. An invoice was emailed to me shortly after we spoke and paid prior to delivery day.The balloons were delivered as promised, with the the cupcakes and I am told were a bit small (I had some delivered to the recipient when she lived in CA previously - clearly not the same vendor :D), and the taste was preferred over the cake she received, so that sounds like a good review. As I am not nearby, I am unable to offer first hand experience. However, the owner promptly replied to my request for service and fulfilled my request exactly as discussed.All together a success and a much appreciated service. I did look at purchasing balloons from a chain party store, but prefer to hire small local businesses when possible. The cost may have been more, but the service provided is much more personal and supporting the local economy more valuable in the long run.

Had a great experience ordering from Susan. She was so responsive and the balloons we ordered were beautiful. They dropped off the balloons at our venue (for a fee) and it was so hassle free -- which was such a relief. The balloons even lasted days later when we took them home. A bit out of our budget but it was worth every penny. Also happy to support a small business any day.

Greatest customer service ever!I called with a last minute request for a unique situation & delivery request & I received the friendliest, kindest, customer service that met my request in a a very short time. I will use them again & again!
