Very good very clean very nice people I would definitely come back. Plenty of meat also. The noodles were not my favorite.

No-frills, authentic pho place on 15th in Ballard. There are even a decent number of parking spots outside! Portions were generous, even for the "regular" (vs the large) size. The broth was super flavorful, they managed to make their well-done brisket tender as well, and their Thai tea was sweet without being absolutely cloyingly so like so many other shops make their milk teas. Service was great, too.

I consider myself a pho aficionado. I have a Vietnamese wife so I have some credibility. The broth has got to be right for it to be legit. Ballard Pho's broth was a little off. It was sweeter and not as rich as it should be. On a positive note, I was pleased with the tai (thinly sliced beef) and the Sach (beef tripe). Both were carefully sliced and easy to chew. Also, the add-in Thai basil leaves, bean sprouts, and jalapeño slices were crisp and clean.I will also give the restaurant kudos for being pretty clean and well kept. That is not always a given with a lot of pho restaurants.

Caveating that I really wish I could give half a star reviews on yelp. Ballard pho and teriyaki would get a very solid 3.5 for food and 5 for service. I love that the service is so friendly and quick - I will come back and continue supporting this business just for this reason. Bun Bo hue and seafood pho were decent and I'm looking forward to the next time to try some of the com and banh mi dishes next. Egg roll was very standard and came piping hot just as it should. The meal also comes with hot tea and that was really appreciated on a cold day. Overall, you probably can't go wrong with supporting this lovely business but go in with some open tastebuds and mind.

I was really craving pho and was disappointed here. The noodles really killed the pho. They're flat rice noodles which isn't the typical vermicelli noodles in pho. What made it worst was they were all broken and short. It shows to be they're old. The broth just wasn't as flavorful as other places. The spring rolls came out piping hot which was nice.

Stumbled across this place on accident and wow I'm impressed. Pho is delicious, spring rolls were delicious, boba is delicious, and the chicken sandwich is delicious. The place isn't too packed and food was brought out in a timely manner. Also A++++ service. The cashier (didn't get his name sadly) was so kind and patient and made us feel so comfortable. I usually take a little long to order but he didn't make me feel rushed. Also music choice is amazing. We'll be back for sure if we're in the area again. Thank you!!!

My kind of dive! Spunky service. Informal vibe. Reasonable prices. Fresh, tasty fare including the yummy taro smoothie. Bottom line: Yum for a fair price!

Our usual pho place was closed so we came here excited to try their pho. The easy street parking was great. I appreciated the kind server and simple yet clean interior, and the basket setting at our table that had chopsticks, napkins, etc organized. Now, the pho was a let down. The wider thicker rice noodles were unexpected, and took away from the easy slurping you get with the thin vermicelli noodles. The noodle/broth balance was off and unfortunately the pho broth was so mild the flavors got lost with the thick noodles. The meat toppings were tender and good (n1 - steak, brisket, tripe, tendon) it's a shame it needed to be smothered in Sriracha and hoisin to be more palatable.

I'm so glad to have found this little gem in my neighborhood. I love a good bowl of pho and good vegetarian pho is really hard to find- trust me coz I have tried. This modest restaurant did not disappoint. It's now my go to whenever I get a pho craving. If you know pho, you know that the broth is key. I tried the vegetarian (veggie+tofu) pho- the homemade flat noodles are great, broth not sweet which is hard to find in Seattle, good tofu, crisp but cooked veggies (just perfect), good garnishes. I also tried their boba which is not too sweet; tofu banh mi I didn't like for my own personal reasons (I dislike celery and onions in my banh mi) but the bread was great.I only wish I had found this place sooner. The staff is really nice and welcoming- they make sure you have a great experience whether dining in or taking out. Highly recommend!!

Most delicious food I've ever had. Very economic and has the BEST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER!! I love how it's family owned and also so clean and welcoming. They always play the best music, it makes me want to get up and dance and it helps me enjoy my food. If I could give this place 100 stars I would.
