Visiting Boston and enjoyed Bakey on the way to visit the historical sites nearby. Amazing Chocolate Babkas! yowza! The cheese and spinach tart also delicious.Very crowded and popular and definitely worth the wait !

I'm slightly late to the party with Bakey (which is especially sad since I used to live in its building), but better late than never.It smells delicious.The chocolate babka, which seems to be the specialty, tasted delicious.The staff was friendly and quick to take care of me.No complaints, will return soon!

Bakey was an amazing stop! Picture perfect with very helpful staff.We arrived looking for cinnamon rolls and after talking to the staff we left with cinnamon babka which exceeded our expectations! Many other beautiful options available!Parking was tough, but worth it!

I like to pop by Bakey on days I work downtown for an excellent ice coffee and an inevitable pastry ! I believe the Babka's are their signature item and they do not disappoint - the Raspberry was especially delicious, a perfect sweet fruity tang surrounded by flaky pastry. The apple and chocolate are also outstanding, choco chip cookie top notch, and a premade bagel sandwich good (loved all the veggies on top). It's Kosher so it worked out perfectly when I was looking for a gift for a Kosher coworker and has a nice open, clean space looking out onto the Boston Common. I don't doubt the other locations are excellent as well. Check it out!

I toasted up their cheese boureka and the raspberry babka for breakfast the next day and found the puff pastry greatly revived, and the babka so nice and soft still. I would be happy to have either again, but would more likely want to try additional flavors of their babka, such as the apple, and the almond.

The chocolate babka is for real! I'd go just to get that but they also have other delicious treats. We stopped by for the sandwiches on challa bagel. The tuna salad didn't have celery in it so it was delicious. The egg salad bagel sandwich was also good. Service was helpful and friendly. There are tables inside and out to eat right by Boston Commons. Go for the chocolate babka!

I went to this place twice during my visit to Boston, both times I was a little disappointed.First I got mushroom babka and an iced latte. The mushroom babka was delicious and a work of art, so so delicious! The iced latte on the other hand was ok. Lets just say its a lot of ice even when asked for less ice. The second time I just decided to get a mushroom babka. Was surprised to see that it was undercooked and a little raw. Disappointed again, see pictures!Let's talk about the service and ambiance. Its crowded most of the times, so you might get a seat, might not. The staff (dealt with a few) never ever greeted or smiled or explained or suggested or responded properly or anything, very unpleasant!

This bakery is so good and everything smelled delicious. I got the mushroom babka and my friend got the potato bureka. The mushroom was mouthwatering and was so savory. My friend enjoyed the potato bureka and even went back the same day to get another item. They warmed everything up too so it was nice and crispy. Excellent service :)There's also plenty of tables and seats. Some people were working on their laptops too

Bakey is a cute spot across from the Boston common. I loved eating their chocolate babka! The flakey, chocolate bread was also a good portion size for the price. However, their coffee isn't something to die for, I personally found it lacking in that bold flavor I enjoy in other coffee blends. That being said, the babka is still a nice, filling treat, especially as a morning pick me up. Service was quick.
