Zen Spa

I came to zen spa and i had bad experience I only needed a foot massage and the girl couldn't able to speak English at all. I just walked away because none of the staff speak English.

Went because my legs were sore. They recommended the hour massage for $55. At the beginning of the massage I told him emphasize my legs. I informed him that the pressure was too rough there times on my shoulders and back. The pressure eventually let up when he moved to different areas. Once I turned over I was hoping for the thigh area to be treated. He pounded up and down my legs and told me we were done. I walked in at 12:22 and was dressed and 1:24. I didn't get a full hour and the areas I wanted were not addressed. When I went to pay the Massuse was there to collect. I gave him a five dollar tip because I was not happy with the service and he proceeded to pull out a hand written sign emphasizing that they require a 20%. Tips are not mandatory and I didn't get the massage I asked for at all. I am disappointed in the whole experience.

This place is amazing. While I agree that the massage therapist should have everything they need within reach, it does not discount the fact that they do a great job. My go to masseurs are Kevin and Andy. Their technique is professional, they really can sense where your body needs the work to relax and release tension. The business has recently made changes and the team members staffing the reception and appointment desk are also professional and friendly. This place can fill up quick so make sure you call ahead. Massage wasn't relaxing seems when being massage with the hot stones the woman had long nails seems like she scratched me. Worst place ever

In total was in this massage parlor 5 times, unfortunately decided not to come back here. Attempts to deceive for a while, and pretend that everything is normal is a common practice, lazy masaazhistov, you get a massage but stroking.

Got the 30 min body and 30 feet massage with my sister. Very professional and friendly staff. Didn't have appointment and was able to walk in and get a massage immediately. Would recommend.

Worst experience ever! I requested a foot massage and ended up getting groped by this guy and after telling him to stop he spanked me. Contacted the New owners and they seemed careless. Will definitely share my experience here so this does not happen again. Karma do your thing.

Friendly staff and welcoming environment. I got my massage from Julio and he was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend him. He made me feel comfortable and he was so respectful. His skills are top notch and I will be coming back for sure.
