Do not recommend. Pay extra to go elsewhere. I am a regular, well was. Always tipped over 20%. This time around, they were rude as soon as we got there. On top of that, the masseuse was falling asleep as he was massaging me. I felt a 15% was okay due to the horrible service. Come time to pay, he flipped a sign that stated I had to tip 20%. Mind you the sign was turned towards him initially and it was TINY to read. He was so rude and condescending. Will never return again. Just a fair warning.

I had a full hour massage. It was fantastic!. My technician was Alan. He was very very good at getting the knots out of my neck shoulders and back. I will definitely be coming back more regularly. Their prices are very reasonable and I am very satisfied.

One woman there named Lily is great. But plz don't go to John, Older slim man. He made me feel uneasy. Kept leaning his body on my hands I kept moving them more in towards my hips & seemed like he kept leaning on me til I said something. Again he's a small/thin man & his body should not be evening touching anyone. He took 2 cell phone calls during my massage & acted like he didn't want to work that day. He barely touched my feet, maybe 15 seconds. He was sparing the oil on my arms, hands & feet. When rubbing my back he sat on the table/bed. Guess he was on a break at the same time. His hands stunk like cigarette. My husband had a woman named Lily; we had a couples massage. He said she was amazing. There was definitely No candles chocolate or wine Lol as stated. Next time I'll js try a new place

Honestly, I take back what I said. I went back after trying multiple other places and they didn't feel good at all. Coming back I didn't mind the tipping part anymore just as long as I like the massage and I DID!!

Julio gives an amazing massage!! Anytime I need a massage, due to various reasons, he is my go to therapist; if he's not available, I don't get one. Typically, anybody else is just disappointing. He works hard and goes above and beyond to make his client happy. He utilizes creams, scrubs, menthol creams for pain, etc. He really cares about helping his clients feel better. Also, he can give the deepest massage I've ever had; that's a find in a therapist. I can't brag enough about him! You won't be disappointed if you get your next massage from Julio! Enjoy!!

For a deep tissue, you have to ask for Julio! Nobody else can do it better, guaranteed. He takes care of you and makes sure you're comfortable during the session. By the end, I felt way more relaxed than when I came in :D

I don't usually leave bad reviews but we were mad that we had to waste our time here. We scheduled a couples massage for 3pm, and as we were on the way there at around 2:45, they called us to reschedule to 4pm. We said okay since we didn't have anything else to do, and when we got there near 4 they were confused and discussing whether to take us, bc we were scheduled at 3! We were so upset with their poor planning and communication. Then they asked us what we wanted and we said we wanted the 90 mins massage, and they said for couples massage they could only do 40 mins. At this point we were upset and ready to leave to take our business elsewhere. I'm so glad we did bc we found a much better and cheaper spa 7 mins away.

I have been to this location a few times and every time I have a great experience today was no different if even say it was better. I feel so relaxed I'm definitely going to be a regular

I used to love Zen Massage. But the last few times my husband and I have received very poor service. Last nite my massage guy was on his phone the entire time. He started late, took several breaks and rubbed with 1 hand while holding his phone in the other. He kept stopping as he stared at his phone. Then demanded a tip when finished. I said no! another time the guy fell asleep while giving me a foot massage.....still demanding a tip Zen has lost our business. Waste of time and money.

Nope not coming back! First I had the lady massage me and it was okay. Second time there's no lady masseuse so I said okay to the male masseuse. Never again, wasted my money and time. Massage was crap and no strength whatsoever!
