Younger Gardens

This venue is more than i ever expected. I used this venue for my babyshower. The set up is gorgeous. There were tons of flowers that were in bloom. Very colorful. The area is open with lots of space to hold an event. We used the main floor for our tables, the elevated area for our photo props and the dirt/gravel area for our food caterer to set up. They provided tables and chairs which helped us alot. I would definitely recommend this venue to my friends and will use them for future events as well! The owner is amazing and always answered my questions in a timely manner. Love this place!

Bakersfield's best kept secret! I feel incredibly lucky to have found this hidden gem for our wedding last weekend. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous! We received dozens of compliments from our guests. Our photographer got hundreds of amazing photos thanks to the beautiful landscape and carefully laid out decor. We booked a year in advance and the process was so simple leading up to our wedding. The owners were fantastic to work with. Extremely kind, helpful and communicative to make planning a breeze. I was also stunned that the price was so affordable compared to every other wedding venue I looked at. I would highly recommend booking for an event here asap. I can almost guarantee that in a year from now, it will be impossible to get into! Thank you Younger Gardens for giving us the perfect place to hold the most important day in our lives that we'll never forget!

I just recently had my wedding at this venue on March 25, 2023. It turned out absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect if you're looking for a pretty, green outdoor wedding. The grounds are very well kept by the owners and they are constantly working to improve. We had about 150 guests and I would say the only down side was space. It is the perfect size for a wedding of 130 guests in my opinion but 150 did work for us. This is a newer event venue so the owners are still learning the ropes. My suggestion would be to make sure to keep up communication throughout the whole planning process to make sure you are all on the same page. The owners do a very good job at responding. All in all our wedding turned out beautiful. If you are looking for a gorgeous, affordable backyard venue in Bakersfield this one could be perfect for you. Thank you again Younger Garden Venue.

The place is beautiful which is why I gave it the one star, however the service is horrible. I wanted to rent out the area, but the owner pretty much ghosted me. I was assured my date was available and they were going to send me a contract the following day to lock everything in. Next day comes, no email no contact. I send over a text asking for the contract to be re-sent since I thought I may have accidentally deleted it. Again no response no contact. Very unprofessional. I was very disheartened since I was already telling people I was going to have my celebration here. Luckily I had a backup venue. Definitely not with the stress.
