You Stuff It Personal Storage

All i have to say is check on your unit often if not weekly there have been a lot of break ins to the units lately and it is not nice when you witness your personal belongings thrown everywhere. Lesson learned!

"This issue should be reported to the owner of the facility" I received a reservation from sparefoot on May 29th, 2021. The reservation was for a unit at the you stuff it personal storage facility in Tehachapi. My reservation was for June 1st. I called this facility for several days and left messages. Finally on June 7th a person contacted me and when I tried to explain the issue he hung up the phone and ended the conversation. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. The person is unprofessional and should be reprimanded for hanging up on me.

Terrible customer service from call center when we called 4 times to see why manager was not available during business hours posted on website. We arrived to find that the lock on the storage unit was changed (unbeknownst to us; likely due to a break in that occurred). Hours posted on a sign in the window said open till 3 pm on Friday (we arrived about 3:15), but website and 4 different people from call center confirmed they should be open till 6 pm and a manager should be on the property. No call backs after all 4 phone calls to call center to let us know if someone was available. Finally got a call back from an employee to say there was nothing that could be done to assist us. Wasted 3.5 hours driving to this subpar establishment and another 2 hours waiting for some/any assistance, of which we received NONE. This place has been broken into numerous times, per other customer reports, and at least once while we have had a storage unit here. Can get out fast enough. BEWARE
