Xin bowl Asian Bistro

We came on New Year's Eve at almost 9pm on our drive home and we still received great service and our food came very quickly. This place has so many different Asian cuisine all in one restaurant and the bento box is a great way to get a taste of a bunch of cuisines together. Portion sizes are big and prices are reasonable.

Chicken pad Thai just ok. Lots of chicken but it's all cut in different ways like skinny strips then bigger pieces, not many scrambled eggs. Noodles galore not much sauce which makes it gummy. I also got a fried roll with crab, asparagus, cream cheese but it had some fish flavor at the last roll. Hope I don't get sick

Just stopping by from palmdale and found this place. Great service. The udon soup was delicious. The baked salmon role was also very good. The place itself is really cute. They had an 80's playlist that I really enjoyed. Highly recommend.

Ok first off I want to say I'm originally from Ridgecrest and when I come into town I love that there a new restaurant choices and I will always support them BUT I met my niece here the other day and I ordered Thai basil chicken and a spicy tuna roll bento box and first off it wasn't Thai basil it was mushrooms and chicken in like a beef and broccoli sauce which whatever I wasn't going to complain cause it still looked good. I took a bite and it tasted off so I moved on to the sushi roll and it was very fishy then my rice was hard like it had been sitting out too long. So later that night my stomach started to hurt and well let's just say it was not a pleasant night. I do not expect super fresh sushi and stuff in the middle of the desert but I live in Vegas now and I get great sushi in the desert. Now makes me wonder how long they push to keep their seafood and fish.

Great service and great food! Our server was very hospitable and friendly. We had about 12 people at the table but she treated each of us with kindness and gave great suggestions on food. The sushi was good and I enjoyed the Thai basil chicken. The drink selection was great. I don't live in the area but I would certainly be a regular if I did. The entry way was really pretty and the bathrooms and table were very clean and well maintained.

Just mismanaged. Four "hosts" tell us they'll seat us in 5 minutes (takes 15). Our "server" doesn't know what's in the sushi rolls or what Jack Daniels or Dewar's is (seriously.). Our second server brings me a Dewar's and soda that's Dewar's and water but I don't feel like waiting another 30 minutes so I drink it. Edamame is cold, no flavor, no salt. Seaweed salad is good but probably straight out of a bag, so ... no bonus points. The tuna in the tuna roll smells like the floor of a bait shop in Lake Isabella. Seriously. Eaten at 100 sushi places around the world and nowhere have I smelled this. Took nearly 2 hours start to finish to have a basic meal and it was $100 for three of us (and one didn't have anything other than water). The place is like a Keystone Kops movie. There's plenty of staff but they're all running around like chickens with their heads cut off. They need: 1. Restaurant management 2. Server training 3. An actual sushi chef More proof that the ONLY fine dining in RC is at Mon Reve.

The best around. Literally. And.. Well, I know this is a small desolate town and there aren't too many options but THIS place has it all. I live two hours from here and I make this my number one dining spot every time. I am allergic to shellfish and have never had an issue here. The rice -AMAZING. The noodles - AMAZING. And the food has always been fresh. Wonton soup is one of my favorites. I love the bar area and the staff. Soju sneaks up on you, drunker beware. But so so delicious.The staff is and has been stellar for years. Most of them have been here as long as I have been coming (since 2012). There's not other place I would rather get a variety of delicious Asian cuisine to feast on. East and west coast.

"I've been to this Chinese food place several times and while the service is typically good, it can be hit or miss at times. That being said, I absolutely love their Bento Boxes - they're definitely my go-to! I also tried their Ramen which was decent, but honestly a bit mediocre. It tasted a lot like Top Ramen with some added ingredients, so I probably wouldn't order it again. However, their sushi is always good and I can't get enough of their Kung Pao - it's delicious! Overall, while some dishes may not be exceptional, I would definitely recommend this place for their Bento Boxes and other great options."

Solid Chinese food in Ridgecrest. We were tired after driving to and from Death Valley National Park, and Xin Bowl was exactly what we needed. We ordered drunken noodles with chicken (my fave), orange two types (beef and chicken), and Mongolian shrimp and beef (the blandest of the lot). The last two were served with rice. We also ordered a kids meal with fried shrimp and chicken nuggets, which was enjoyed by our little one. Total came to ~$65 and service was friendly. Nice way to wrap up our stay in Ridgecrest.

Had short hairs in my food was told by wait staff "it's okay it's the owners and she's very clean" as if I'm suppose to reply "okay then" & eat it with a smile ‍ maybe they shouldn't hire crackheads for staff.
