Wings & Asian Things

I decided to give this place a try for lunch yesterday because it's not too far from work and I love wings. Here are my overall thoughts on the place.-I ordered the 7 piece combo for lunch, I requested boneless and got bone in wings which was annoying since there was only 1 other person in there eating.-The Louisiana Rub flavor I got was actually pretty good but there was A LOT of it and it left residue everywhere it was almost overpowering.-The wings were overcooked for sure, they were left in the fryer for too long. The plus side is that they didn't taste like they had been cooked in old or dirty oil.-The waffle fries were pretty tasty definitely the best part of the trip they were crispy and well seasoned and the reason for the 2nd star in my rating.-The food came out fairly quick I can't complain about that I got served within 10 minutes or so of ordering. -The atmosphere is an issue for me and maybe it's just me being picky but they were playing loud rap/r&b through and MP3 player and it was all uncensored and very vulgar. I don't really care to hear that when I'm having my meal and the other people in there with me had 2 small children which surprised me they stayed. I don't feel like a business should be playing uncensored vulgar music like that. I don't think I'll return I can get a lot better wings elsewhere and the other places will probably get my order correct. I'd eat the waffle fries again though.

This hole in the wall is pretty unique when it comes to you regualr wing place. The menu it self has an assortment of wings and asian cuisine as well as fruity teas and boba if im not mistaken.We ordered 20 pc wings a side of Cajon fries(boy were those fries massive) and a large drink and my total was about $23 not to shabby. The owners were very friendly and made the stop more enjoyable.

This is a nice clean place and very reasonable prices, I highly recommend giving these folks a chance and have fun, they have good spirits for the soul, thanks for the Asian wings.

DISGUSTING! I ordered their boneless wings and it was literally like the frozen foster farm nuggets soaked in buffalo sauce. Soggy, & disgusting! A waste of money and time as they took 30 minutes fulfill my order I had to rush back to work. I will never go back nor would I ever recommend anybody to go there *barf*

First off, I came here thinking it was still Happy Wings and found out that they were bought out by these people. I bought lemon pepper with hot and I've never heard of such a combo but said whatever. WAY TOO MUCH SEASON on the wings and cajan fries. Like my Stomach is turning as I type. By far the worst wings I've ever tried like Nicole said. Eat at your Own risk. I will add that the owner was nice, but I'm more here for good food, and the don't have that.

First time I ordered I thought it was still the previous business Happy Wings. When I picked up my meal I was a little skeptical. I ordered garlic parmesan wings with waffle fries. They were super delicious. I have returned twice since then and food is good. Owner is also nice. The only issue I had is 2 times I've ordered over the phone and gone to pick up my order has not even been started yet. Other than that I would definitely recommend.

I wish i could give this place more stars, amazing customer service!! When you go to any public place with little ones it's so amazing to watch the staff go the extra mile!!! The lady up front was so personable and genuine, my family and I really appreciated her hospitality! Now lets talk food, we had the Cajun, Asian, Lemon Pepper, and Medium wings with a side of waffle fries. The waffle fries are to die for, i don't know any place in town that has this certain style of fries! The wings are amazing as well nice and crispy! The sauces are homemade and you can definitely see that in the flavor. We also had the honeydew and taro boba smoothie! The flavor of the smoothies itself was amazing. The boba itself could use a little help. I will definitely be back!!

This place is the worst wings, apart from that rude customer service. They messed up on my drink and had to remake it. I also had ordered another drink and the owner said I couldn't get my money back even though I didn't have the drink yet.

I was excited to see a new addition of Asian food stores in the downtown area- but was very much disappointed! The mediocre food was not worth the wait- they only have one kitchen personnel doing the work and they would prioritize call-in orders over sit down customers, whoever orders first should get served first. Also there are lots of homeless /panhandlers sometimes just right outside the door. The parking is a big problem too, but same as everywhere in downtown. It will be a while before I check this place out agaito see if any improvements happen, especially with the food!

A friend sugested this place. It is a nice place the ppl who work there are friendly. Tried the wings and they were very good. I guess from the bad reviews it depends on your tastes as far as the seasoning but I liked it. Had some green tea and it was good also.
