Bill gave me a professional quote to remodel the interior of my home in Santa Clarita.I received 3 quotes and he was a bit higher than the other 2, however you pay for what you get!!! He was always onsite with his crew and they did a excellent job on the detail and the finish work. The drywall work was excellent and the shower and tub tile work turned outto make the entire remodel one of the most pleasant experiences. They cleaned up everyday and made sure that our dogs were always safe and locked up when the left for the day.Wllliam Schaefer Const. was recommended to me by another friend of mine who has workedwith him on several home and commercial property remodels for over 20+ years.I highly recommend the contractor for anyone who wants the best!!!!

It took me 2 months to get an scheduled time to sit down and have Shaffer construction look at our project and give us a estimate on the job. After waiting all this time for the opportunity to speak and meet with them...I was called days before the meet only to have them cancel the meet and was told I'm sorry we have too many bookings to take on your job. I thought this was pretty sh@ty of them to make me wait and then just cancel. Sounds like they are not very organized,professional and respectful to there clients. I may have dodged a bill it with this company. Be aware!
