Enjoying her froyo at the mall. Nice pick me up after four hours of back-to-school shopping. It was my first time here. I was pleasantly surprised by the freshness of toppings.

How wild is this place? Well, it was not wild the day that my wife and I dropped in. Some little ones were doing there thing, but they were not crazy or anything. :-)Seriously, though, Wildberry is a pretty good fro-yo shop. They are located inside the Valley Plaza Mall close to the main entrance. Place was really clean until I dropped some of the toppings onto the floor while loading my fro-yo creation. Sorry about that. Staff was understanding. Thank you.There are about 12 flavors in their rotation. For those of you who can't decide, they let you sample what you want to try. Lots of topping choices to customize your own concoctions.Can get pricey if you load up on the tempting toppings. You pay per ounce like most frozen yogurt shops. Several tables available to sit at and enjoy your treat. Want Boba? They got that too. Bottom line is that WildBerry is a good place to drop by for a treat whenever you are at the mall.

This is my favorite yogurt spot at the mall. They have this Mango flavor that is super rich and creamy and I loooooveee it. I like that they have a large selection of toppings to choose from ranging from fresh fruits, Jellies, candies, and sauces.

I come here a lot, because sometimes I'm not in the mood for actual ice-cream; and all the toppings makes it way more interesting tasty and fun. I started coming here mostly for convenience because it's closest to home, but I do really like it too! I always get original tart because it's the best or a combination of original tart and strawberry(the second best lol). I feel like all those other flavored froyos are just too much when you start adding the toppings, plus those flavors alone don't taste as good as original or strawberry, to me. The store is usually pretty clean and the staff I get are always nice so no complaints there. They have a couple tables where you can sit inside and eat and people watch( which I sometimes do), or you can take it to go(they also have tops to cover your froyo to go). Too bad the store isn't bigger because sometimes it gets packed with too many people trying to get stuff at once, also I wish they had more locations.

Oh. My. Goodness. This place has the BEST frozen yogurt in Bakersfield! Let me star off by saying that I am the biggest fan of Pinkberry, so when I moved to Bakersfield I was very saddened to find out that the nearest Pinkberry was in Valencia. :( With these gas prices lets just say I wasn't about to make a trip whenever I needed my fro-yo fix. So I started out by trying the local yogurt places. I tried a few before I came to wildberry but since I have been there I find that I keep coming back! It is in no way pinkberry but I do find that it fills the craving and it doesn't break the bank.The original tart flavor is soooo good!the pros:bang for your buckthey have a lot of flavorsyummy toppings from fruit to candy drinks are available just in case things get a little too sweet the owners and the people that work there are very friendly cons:the decor was somewhat on the bland side the other flavor I tried (something berry) wasn't all that great, so I'm kind of scared to try the other flavors lolyou have to serve yourself (might not me a con for you, just my preference) the only location is at the mall -_- but in all honesty you really should give this place a try if you are in the mood for some frozen yogurt but if you can go to pinkberry...GO! ITS SOO GOOD! :p

They have a good variety of flavors. The owner or manager who was working in the front keeps this place really clean. There weren't any toppings spilled all over the counters and all the tables were clean as well. The only thing I didn't like was one of the flavors that I had picked didn't really taste that great but I'm probably just used to yogurtland's similar flavor. Everything else was pretty good! They even have milk tea which I haven't tried there but will on my next visit.

Haven't tried their froyo, but I love their boba! The milk tea is my favorite flavor.

This place is really awesome. (Aside from the mall location) they have my favorite flavors and toppings. I get cheesecake and strawberry tart yogurt. The watermelon sorbet is delicious too. And for toppings I go with cheesecake bites, pie crust, strawberry boba, yogurt chips and almonds. I would definitely recommend coming here! Great selection and friendly employees.

Me and my husband went into this Yogurtland ripoff and there were signs to wear gloves before serving yourself yogurt. It was packed and literally no one was wearing gloves, but we still put them on to comply. Once we got to the topping selections, one of the workers, WITH NO GLOVES, grabs the strawberries. My husband asked her why she wasn't wearing gloves and she replied with more attitude than a 13 year old teenager that she doesn't need to wear gloves and if we don't want to wear gloves we don't have to because no one else listens. Very unprofessional and rude and shouldn't even be employed there. We then were so disgusted because she didn't wash her hands or have gloves so we left and the other cashier had attitude with us too. Manager, get your employees in check. We left and decided to go to a REAL Yogurtland, and I suggest you do the same.

This is the worst place to buy yogurt. I went this Sunday with my family and their yogurt was spoiled I ask one of the workers if I can change it and she said no because the owner gets mad. Their boba wasn't cooked all the way, it was hard. And all the workers were on their phones. The toppings were bad especially the strawberry's they had mod. Never coming back!
