The service was definitely bad as expected after reading the reviews, but nothing could have prepared me for how AWFUL their wings are. Even the drinks were lukewarm and tasted dirty. Girl at the counter told every customer she helped she was going to refill the ice machine and the entire time we were there nobody did. Then when I went to ask for a box I had to stand at the counter and wait while the two girls working argued with each other to "help that girl" because neither of them wanted to walk the 5 steps to the register lol. Bad service doesnt bother me too much because they both looked young and probably dont care about their food service job (I never cared when it was me), but if youre a boomer who likes to harass staff when they don't kiss your a**, def don't come here. However I will give an extra star for the wing flavor selection. A few I had never heard of and maybe one of them is better than the handful of flavors I tried. I won't be going back to find out though!

So I haven't been back to this place since I was accused of stealing a small bag of fries when they just opened. But thought I'd try again for lunch. Disappointed in the half filled bag of wedges, I mean for the price I would of appreciated a full bag or an overflowing bag of wedges. Second, WTH is that?!! I mean chicken wings aren't suppose to be literal. I was so disgusted by that it just ruined the entire meal. And it was the only one so it's not like I ordered them. Aside from that the wings are very, very VERY DRY, not why you have half a container full of sauce. But that didn't help, they were still dry and messy. Needless to say I won't be returning for another 2 years hopefully next time I'll have a better experience.

After waiting 1 hour for an order, I had to cancel because the service was so slow and the staff so rude that I couldn't stare at the incompetent dead eyed employees any longer.

This wing joint is great. Doing the Keto thing is hard due to all the wet sauces having loads of sugar in them.Nick let me look at the ingredient lists for all the dry rubs he uses and I hit the jackpot with the Cajun dry rub. Spicy and so flavorful and zero sugar!Thanks Nick for always providing a great meal with equally great service.

Nick is great, great customer service. Decided to give them another chance because everyone deserves 2nd chances.Lemon pepper boneless are so good,Can't argue that they are delicious!

About 25min wait for a 10piece, all drums. Wings take a while to cook, so seems perfectly reasonable to me. Fresh, hot, and huge wings. I was planning to stop somewhere else a little later and basically have the wings as a small lunch / snack. But I'm actually super full just from the 10 piece. Definitely some of the bigger wings I've had. My total was around $15 - believe there was a couple dollar up charge for the all drums request so maybe a little cheaper if you don't mind flats + drums. Overall worth it to me! Wings tasted great and were a big enough portion to justify the price.

THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Literally stood at the cashier's table for 15 minutes and no one said anything... Ive personally worked in customer service, the least thing they couldve done was say "we'll be right with you" but no, they were busy in the back. But here's the thing..... NO ONE was here. We came in and one gentleman was here waiting for his food. There was no line and we waited for 10-15 min to be serviced. The lady made it very uncomfortable an it felt like she was rushing us to order. Waited a good 20-30 min for the good and ate there. Food was good though.

So I decided to try this place out. I ordered a pack of 10 wings and was told it would be (30 minutes), on a Wed evening around 730-8pm. When the young girl at the register said 30 minutes, I thought it was pretty long but didn't mind waiting and stepped outside to make a phone call. Long story short: About 10 Mins later, I stepped back in to use the restroom. I asked the girl at the front if I could use the men's restroom, and she said I could but that someone was using it. I stood by for about 10 mins until the person came out of the restroom. The person who came out was another young girl who told me immediately that she had just cleaned the restroom and that it was now closed. (Mind you this place closes at 10pm). I told her that I really needed to use it and she just told me sorry and looked over at the girl at the front register, who just looked away and acted like it was no big deal. By this time I'm a little annoyed of how long it is taking for my wings (about 30-40 mins, with another guy still waiting for his order inside that ordered his food before I even ordered) to be done and the fact that I am a paying customer who actually tipped out of respect, and I could not use the restroom 2 hours before closing. So I then approached the register girl and told her that if my food wasn't started yet, I had no problem canceling my order and getting a refund. She then walked into the kitchen to tell another girl, the cook, to maybe check the status of my food and tell the cook what I had said. The cook then steps out and tells me that the food is ready and that she's just finishing up the sauce I requested to go with my wings. I then realized that there was no real adult or manager working or on duty. Nobody with any sense of customer service or satisfaction. The fact that there was only one girl cooking in the kitchen with another girl cleaning the restroom 2 hours early, which should of been helping the cook and not compromising customer service just so they can walk out early once they close. In hindsight, neither girl was unprofessional or rude. The food was decent but this experience makes me never want to stop by again. The manager or owner needs to have a meeting with the employees and direct them in putting the customer first, and not their desire to get out of work seconds after closing. There's no reason for customers to me waiting that long for food and the restroom to be off limits to paying customers just because you cleaned it and don't want anyone to force you to clean it again. I never bash anyone on here but I felt I had to publish this in hopes that the manager can read this and make the adjustment to better fit the customers who may frequent this restaurant and nice new shopping center.

food was amazing as always but worker was rude by lowering the volume and changing the tv channel that was already on when we got there and that we were actively watching while eating, right in front of us.She didn't even let us know why or inform us she was going to change the channel.

I was visiting in Delano and came to this place because I was craving wings. I decided to place my order over the phone and the woman I spoke to had an attitude the entire time. She said bc my order was over $50 I had to pay over the phone and when I began to give her my card info she continued to have attitude and questioned why I was giving her the card number. I told her she didn't need to have to be mean and just did what she asked... then placed me on hold. I was on hold for 15 minutes and when she picked back up she took my card info and kept repeating my card info wrong, and she'd tell me my card is declining. Luckily I get bank notifications and it said the wrong expiration date was used, and I had her repeat the numbers to me and as she tried again it declined and she told me she was not going to be able to place my order and cancelled it. Well I went back to the restaurant and placed my order again and my card was sure not declined that time. And to make matters better, her and the other employee preparing the food did not have gloves on nor had their hair back. I also ordered some onion rings and the picture below is all that was in there. Yea the food might be good but the employees are petty and rude.
