Wild Horse and Burro

BRING A TONNNN OF CARROTS!!!Like - BAGS AND BAGS of cheap long carrots lol.I am so in shock of that local yelpers of Ridgecrest have not posted this awesome location! I moved to this town and lived here for about eight months, and it was an awesome wild experience! My neighbor was the coolest guy in the world, 85 years old, retired military, my BEST friend while I lived there. He told me all of the neat locations I should visit while I was in the area. This was one of them!Ok so if you're in Ridgecrest, it's about 5-10 minutes out of town. I don't have time to look up the history behind it, but long story short there are hundreds of wild horses and donkeys that you can go out to see. No one checks on incoming visitors so don't worry you don't have to talk to anyone you just drive up the dirt road and in the corrals there are hundreds of horses and donkeys. WARNING: it's adorable as hell. If you bring carrots please bring a ton of them. Because they are all going to start walking over to you wanting to get fed and you will feel bad when you run out of carrots lol. Cheap carrots are like four dollars a bag so just spend at least $20 and make their day. Omgggg I did NOT NOTICE THIS... my sister pointed it out to me... the MALE DONKEYS have like.. literally foot long schlongs just hangin down chiLLen... lol like--- WUT.... I'd never um, seen that... but it's funny they're everywhere...hahaha. Bring carrots and enjoy some time alone or with kids or family, this is a beautiful recreational spot that is peaceful and calm. If you type the name of this place in google you will get way more photos, reviews (they are all a+) and history. Great town for off-road fun... hit this spot up!!
