Just stopped by quickly for some froyo with my daughter before hitting the Apple store. The tables were lined up with signs letting you know you can't sit inside. They provide plastic gloves to keep the machine handles and spoons sanitary due to Covid protocols. The yogurt was actually frozen and not watery like some other places in town. The toppings bar was actually neat and tidy. They had a fresh selection of cut fruits and the nuts are not all over the place and intermingling with other toppings. Nothing exciting but also not a bad experience for a Friday afternoon.

How wild is this place? Well, it was not wild the day that my wife and I dropped in. Some little ones were doing there thing, but they were not crazy or anything. :-)Seriously, though, Wildberry is a pretty good fro-yo shop. They are located inside the Valley Plaza Mall close to the main entrance. Place was really clean until I dropped some of the toppings onto the floor while loading my fro-yo creation. Sorry about that. Staff was understanding. Thank you. There are about 12 flavors in their rotation. For those of you who can't decide, they let you sample what you want to try. Lots of topping choices to customize your own concoctions. Can get pricey if you load up on the tempting toppings. You pay per ounce like most frozen yogurt shops. Several tables available to sit at and enjoy your treat. Want Boba? They got that too. Bottom line is that WildBerry is a good place to drop by for a treat whenever you are at the mall.

I've actually never had the frozen yogurt here so I can't comment about that but every time I visit the Valley Plaza Mall I always stop here for the milk tea with boba. I do realize that it's not the best milk tea but it's definitely decent and super convenient. You get what you pay for and in my opinion, the Thai milk tea is pretty good! There are a few flavors of milk tea and the only two I have tried are the Thai milk tea and taro milk tea. The taro flavor is a little too sweet for me but it's still good. The Thai milk tea is my favorite and the boba that you can add for 50 cents extra is sweet but not soggy. I gave 4/5 stars since the milk tea is pretty decent and convenient! It's always very clean and there are plenty of tables and chairs. It has a great location near the entrance where Starbucks is too. The staff are fine - not super friendly or anything but they're never rude.

Wild Berry is a self serve yogurt place located in the Valley Plaza Mall that was surprisingly good. They boast 12 flavors of yogurt that you can pick and choose and serve yourself from, including 6 nonfat ones on the occasion I visited. I chose the mango, cheesecake, tart, and wild berry. There were a number of toppings to choose from and they were pretty tasty. Once you've selected your yogurt and toppings, they weigh it for you and charge $.41/ounce, not the cheapest in town but pretty good for a mall location.Would I make a trip to the mall JUST to come here? Probably not. Would I come here every time I'm already at the mall for something else? You bet'cha! This place is clean, brightly colored, and they always seem to have pop music blasting. I LIKE this place!

If you want cheap and sweet frozen yogurt then this place is definitely one for you! Their service is good! It's in right place where various restaurants around it especially Starbucks for coffee!! Their favor choices are amazing! However... when you are in topping area... ITS SO AWESOME! I put many many many topping on it even I have big chuck of froyo. Guess what? It's only $8, most froyo places are overpriced! It's great froyo place for you and don't read other reviews because they're bullshits and don't know how to taste froyo with their inferior tongues. Go for it!

Worst yogurt experience ever. This experience was so bad that we never even tasted the yogurt so this review is solely for the terrible customer service. My wife wanted some frozen yogurt before leaving the mall as a treat for an award she received earlier that day. We stopped at Wild Berry. However, the clerk was busy with another customer and we saw no tasting cups. Once the clerk finished, my wife asked her for two tasting cups. The clerk turned around a got two tasting cups in her bare unwashed hands after handling cash from the previous customer and asked my wife what flavor she wanted to try. My wife hesitated to which the clerk dryly/rudely replied that customers can't use the yogurt machines themselves to taste the yogurt because it's "not sanitary." I don't know exactly why this policy exists in this yogurt shop, but if sanitation is the reason, then it's in vain because the clerk is handling dirty money and touching food with unwashed hands. With all of the stuff going on in America I refuse to spend my dollars in places where people won't respect us. As a result, we said ,"no thank you", and left. I'm not sure if this policy is for all people or some people, but in the current social climate of this country I can't help but feel that it may be a little racist because sanitation was definitely not a priority. It could be a policy that applies to everyone, but I have no idea. I just know that we won't be buying yogurt from this location. If you're going to have that policy then let your clerk know that a rude dry manner isn't the way to deliver that information. Post a sign by the yogurt machines stating that this is the policy rather than turning off customers. Every other yogurt store allows customers to sample.

It's alright. Music was fine until they started playing mariachi music. Weird. Also, the tables were dirty. Yogurtland is better.

I've been to many frozen yogurt places and this is by far the worst one I've been to. The flavors thy have are ok. Some are pretty good actually. But the service sucks and you can't even sample yogurts on your own, you have to have a worker serve them in the sample cups.

This is the worst self serve yogurt place in town. They don't let you sample the flavors and when I was there they actually had a sign that said if you try to sample the flavors we will charge you ....or something along those lines. It's also more expensive by the ounce than other places in town. They have a fridge with red bull and other things so that's definitely great. It's in the mall so it's in a really great location but somehow never busy. The yogurt is good, but they don't change the flavors as often and there seems to be less of them. The toppings are good also, my favorite is graham cracker pie crust, but they only had it one time.

My review is solely for the boba drinks here.I've had boba all over California in NorCal and SoCal where boba competition is fierce. I know there's a lack of good boba places in bako but I was really craving some so I stopped by when I saw that they offer some. I ordered a med sized milk tea with boba. I had to wait few min bc they were cooking up new boba which was fine. Also I thought it was weird that I didn't get to choose what kind of tea I wanted but I didn't expect much from a yogurt place at a mall. Wow when I took the first sip I was so taken by how sweet it was! It literally tasted like they just dumped sugar into water and threw in some old boba. The boba did not taste fresh. So I complained and asked if they can make it less sweet. At first they said they couldn't because it's the only way it is made. Wait what? How? How can you not put less sugar in it? I turned to walk away about to throw away my drink but the worker came to me and said they can remake it. Thank god! I really hope they tasted my drink and realized that they can't expect anyone to drink that sugary mess. I'm not trying to become diabetic ok? So they remade it wayyyy less sweet. I wonder if they just poured bunch of water in it. Anyway I'm giving them 2 stars for listening to my complain and attempting to fix the problem. The drink was still too sweet for me but at least they tried. They shouldn't be offering boba drinks here. They have no idea what a boba tea is. Never again.
