Wheeler's Fitness Equipment

Great prices! My husband has been on the lookout for the rubber weight plates but they can be pretty pricey. I found Wheelers on Yelp & was not disappointed! He had some used plates for sale that were in prime condition. The price was great and the customer service was as well. We will continue to use this place whenever we are looking for new or used equipment for our garage gym :)

Very helpful gentleman. I am improvising a home weight apparatus with some ropes and pulleys, using 5 gallon bucket filled with gravel for weight (there's been a run on free plates, etc.) After an explanation and brief discussion, Mr. Wheeler suggested some single grip handles which allow for a variety of movements, which I bought.

Tom at Wheelers is just awesome! He came and picked up my old treadmill and hooked me up with a much better one at a low price. They are very honest over there. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing Exercise equipment. Tom is very knowledgeable.Tracy Calaustro

I have moved out of Bakersfield so am no longer able to pick up my supplies at Wheelers fitness. But I can tell you that with all the choices I had in Bakersfield I made this shop my only place to purchase my supliments and on occasion small item equipment. I would hit the store maybe once a month. It is a small shop but has everything you could want. I always got great prices on the items I purchased there. The main thing that kept me coming back was the owner that works the shop, Ken Wheeler. The guy would actually remember me and greet me by name when when I walked through the door, I was in only once a month and purchased usually less than $40 worth of stuff but he still knew my name and gave a warm welcome. Ken is a really nice guy and is very helpful, Once I was looking for a supplement that was new on the market and did not see any on the shelf, asked if he had any and he told me no he did not but would be more than happy to order some. I am in the Fresno area now and really miss the store.
