Westside Park

I haven't actually stayed here, the park is super clean though!! Very well maintained! We are military and we were Looking for something off base and closer to town and still close to base. We are Considering this location. We found it driving around. There's no information anywhere for it. To bad because it is really nice considering it's in Rosemond.

Nice trailer park. They do monthly RV sites. Mostly dirt spots with a few trees but some have concrete slabs for a patio. The sites are pretty good size for California. No laundry at park but there's a laundromat across the street.

The park is not clean. The manager is never onsite. She only shows up to collect rent. The monthly rent has gone up $300 in two years. The pak has no amenities for $825 a month. They also force to put electricity in your name so they don't have read meters. The worst part of staying in this park is animal feces all over the park because no manager onsite to ensure guest are picking up after their pets. My dogs have been to the vet several times for giardia. If you can find some where else to stay, save yourself a trip to the vet.
