I took In a turkey to be smoked and was given the wrong turkey back on accident. The owner of west side lockers Richard was very professional and reached out to me within 24 hours and fixed the situation. Thank you Richard for your understanding.

I took a elk to them on 11/14/17. Their turn around was good but they almost entirely cut my meat wrong. Out of 252lbs of meat, 113lbs were ground into burger. I asked for one hind quarter to be cut into steaks and the other hind quarter- half jerky and half roasts. I recieved 3 lbs of sliced jerky meat, 4 roasts and maybe 10 packages of steaks. They cut the loins correctly but didn't remove the silver skin (sinew). I did ask for both front quarters to be ground into burger so I expected 6o lbs of burger, not 113lbs! On top of all that, almost 30 packages didn't seal right. It's a good thing I inspected it all before I left or I'd have had a bunch of freezer burnt meat! They did start vacuum sealing them without having to be asked.
