We Be Grubbin'

Wowowowowowow!! We went to their pop up at North Hollywood's Vegan Food Festival and they asked if we wanted samples as we walked by. I was immediately hooked. Everything is vegan of course! We tried their mac n cheese, shiitake collard greens, roasted yam, and bbq tempeh. They make their own bbq sauce. The shiitake collard greens were so flavorful with some garlic and that umami shiitake flavor. The Mac n cheese was also delicious and honestly way better than real cheese. We ended up getting their soul bowl which included the Mac, collard greens, and yam. I immediately had to look them up and was shocked that they came all the way from Bakersfield. As their new follower, I can't wait till they're back in LA.The two people helping at the booth were also very friendly and informative!

Omg! This BOMB.COM sammy from @webegrubbin661 IS the bomb.com!! Every single bite was perfectly proportioned and absolutely heavenly!! The bread was super fresh, the bbq jackfruit had a great smokey kick to it that keeps pulling you in for more, the vegan mac n cheese is everything you've dreamed of, and that coleslaw is so flavorful I could eat a tub of it all by itself. So glad I saw their post today in time to swoop up on this deliciousness!!

So delicious! I ordered the Wednesday Miso Ramen offering and had it delivered to my home. It was just what I needed to sooth irritating cold symptoms. The broth had deep layers of developed savory and slightly tart flavors. The ramen was al dente. And the greens were tender, not tough and stringy or mushy like baby food. And the basil is reminiscent of pho and brightens up the flavors delightfully. The ramen and miso came in separate containers, so you may decide how you want to combine it. Vegan perfection, I tell ya! I will be back for more.

One of my favorite places to go when I go to the Haggin Oaks farmer's market. I always stop by to get an order of their vegan mac n cheese. Probably the best Mac n cheese I've ever had! The owners are so friendly and is always giving out samples for people to try. I'll definitely try more items next time I take a visit to their stall.

Very delicious! Veggie meat is fine but the sauces are so good. The veggies are delicious! Love the collards!
