I had a transmission issue with my 2005 Chevy Silverado diesel truck. It would not shift gears. Warren's Automotive found & repaired the issue and it's been working great since (over a year). This repair cost $150. which I found reasonable for a transmission issue. I've have used Warren's before (repairing trailer bearings) and had good results. I can now recommend this shop.

WOW! Looks like the demon at the counter has been giving everyone the I don't give a 2 fucks to alot of potential clients for quite some time now. Went in late last year, which was 2022, for a smog check and the demon at the counter didn't even want to acknowledge me even though I was the only person there at the counter. I finally said hello to make myself known and received an angry, sarcastic, and somewhat condescending tone reverb back at me. I was like whoa..wtf. lol Long story short i went somewhere else because the bitch of a demon at the front desk don't deserve my business.

Best place I have ever been to. Responsive, great communication, effective troubleshooting, fair prices, and super friendly.

For starters it takes 5 calls until someone answer the phone..2) front lady sounds like she reached Menopause and super rude .3) not knowledgeable on break stops and Always seem to be busy . Your best bet is driving out of town to get a decent mechanic.

Great mechanics do the job right the first time. Price is reasonable and they warranty thier work. They replace the must items when work is done like: plug boots when replacing spark plugs, disks when doing brake jobs. Also they can do complete flush of automatic transmissions. A must every 50k to 60k miles to make your transmission last. Can be hard to get through on phone I suggest walk in to set up work to be done. Easy drop off and loaner cars available.

Called to ask for my vehicle's AC to be repaired, they set me up with an appointment the following week. Everyone was so very nice to me. One of their reps (David) called me the day before for confirmation and when I got there the following day, he helped me right away. A few hours later, I called to see how everything was going for the diagnostics, and he told me that he would call me back. 15-20 mins later, David called me back like he said he would and told me all the details. Went back in to pick up my car, and went over everything again with Tina. Thank you. I have another appointment coming up and I am happy to say that I am very satisfied so far with everything they have done and provided for me. I am pretty bad with names, so the young lady who dropped me off, thank you. Again, thank you All again for the super easy and great service for my car. Can't wait to get the parts in and finally have my car AC working again!

Called to get my battery replaced on my car that was still under warranty. At first when I called to report the issue the lady that answered the phone was okay. Based on the quality of service I received today, I had to write a review. The lady at the front counter was not friendly at all. She was rude, short, and unpleasant. Definitely someone that should not work at the front counter, she should be in the back because her attitude was not the best. Even her level of questioning was insulting to me. I thought maybe she was having a bad morning but even so that does not excuse bad behavior, especially when you're working at the front counter. Sorry, but I cannot recommend this repair shop at all, unless you just want to waste your time and hard earn money. Shop is overcrowded with cars needing repairs. The level of customer service was poor. Lady rolled her eyes, questioned my integrity, was downright rude and condescending. I'm all for promoting good businesses and recommending businesses to family, friends, and others based on the level of service received. I can't do that in this case. I am not benefitting from this just sharing my experience and hoping your experience will be better. I've been to two different repair shops during my brief time here in Ridgecrest and I must say the quality of service received at Dennis George surpasses the quality of service received here at Warren Automotive. Even if I had to spend money I would have been okay with that if the customer service was good but this wasn't the case, at least not for me.I have worked in customer service for over 35 years and know the value of treating your customers with respect, dignity. Being warm, inviting, friendly and fair is up most important. Making sure you address concerns in a nice, friendly and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction should be the ultimate goal. This is what brings people back to your business. Lucky for them folks don't have many options here but I do, so next time I will go out of town or go to Dennis George. I would have gone there if it wasn't for the fact they were backed up for two weeks and at the time I had no other options but to go to Warren Automotive. Next time, I will wait two weeks because some things are truly worth the wait!!

i called Warren's about a brake repair quote, because i didn't want to drive there with bad brake pads to find out the price. When I got a call back, instead of requesting I bring the truck by so they could look at it I was told over the phone (in passionate tone I might add) that i have cheap chinese metal on my wheels and even though i tried to keep a friendly tone to offer to bring it by to be looked at i was told that they refused to think about just new brakepads.

I do not recommend Warren's automotive to diagnose or correct your emissions problems properly or effectively. Their technicians are not skilled enough to properly or effectively correct emissions problems. I would only recommend warrens automotive for simple tasks, such as starter replacement, shocks and brake pads. I would not trust them to do a whole engine swap, or even change a clutch and a manual transmission. Good rates though.

Got my Jeep smogged here, such a great group of guys. Very personable, trustworthy and down to earth. Respectful with all the customers they interacted with and listened to my concerns. Will definitely be bringing my Jeep back to them for future service. Honest business all around!
