I used Walker-Lewis for my small intimate wedding ceremony. It was during Covid so I had to have a backyard ceremony. However, I still wanted something elegant and memorable for the rest of my life. So I decided to get the cabanas instead of a tent for a better presentation. At first I thought the cabanas were a little pricey but after installation they looked beautiful and were worth it. The drop off and pick up process was extremely easy. Paying the invoice was easy. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because when they hammered down the cabanas they broke a pipe for my sprinkler system. I called them to let them know and they told me to email them and they would be in contact. I sent an email and never heard from them or got a call back. I got tired of waiting and ended up fixing it on my own. I didn't have time to go back and forth with them and keep bugging them or else I would have. But I found it very unprofessional for them to not follow up with me. I should give 3 starts. But in all honesty they have great rentals... just need to work on customer satisfaction and maybe some type of deals for return customers or customer referrals.

Save yourself some money & a work load. Got these horrible wooden tables when I asked for plastic. They are patched up with duck tape and you'll still get splinters handling them. The chairs are disgustingly dirty! How is this okay? I mean I get this is for a backyard bbq baby shower but WOW! The delivery fee is also outrageous for the crappy quality of their rental items. Just steer clear of this company. You're welcome.

Hi guys. Today is my daughter's first birthday party and I just found out that you never showed up to deliver the tables, chairs, and linens I gave you my credit card info for earlier in the week. I am currently scrambling this morning to find a way to seat 50 people at our event which starts in 3 hours. Thank you for the unneeded stress and worry I am currently going through. I never write yelp reviews if service is less than 5 stars because I feel it is bad karma, but I am beyond upset right now. I have used you guys many times and have referred you to several of my brides in the past. Unfortunately I cannot do that with good conscience anymore. This would have been a call rather than a complaint via Yelp but you guys are closed today.

Rented table linens for my daughters 4:00 pm wedding. We told walker Lewis we needed them delivered at 11:00 am so our vendors could do the table centerpieces, cake table could be completed etc. I called at 12:00 pm because the linens were not at the venue yet and people were waiting to set up. I was told by the lady answering the phone, our wedding is at 4:00 they will be there before 4. I explained we requested they be delivered at 11:00. I was told my 75 dollars deliver and pick up fee didn't guarantee a specific time drop off, I would have had to pay another 30 to guarantee they were there at 11:00. Needless to say they closed so we had no update/idea when our linens would arrive. We finally got the linens delivered at 3:00. Thankful for family and responsible vendors who stuck around to quickly set up the venue 30 minutes before the door opened. After the wedding I asked the venue manager where I should leave the linens for Walker Lewis to pick up and I was told I couldn't leave them because walker Lewis had not prearranged the pick up and there was another event the next day. I had to take my 24 table clothes and 150 napkins home with me and take them back to walker Lewis Monday morning. Walker Lewis did refund my deliver fee and refunded me an additional 10% however I am more concerned about the customer service and the complete LACk Of compassion or concern we received from the sales rep Saturday when we called because our over priced linens were not delivered as promised. I will not be renting from walker Lewis again and I will make sure to let others know not to utilize this company.

I rented some linens for a holiday party which was supposed to be 12/4. I picked the linens up at 4pm on 12/3. Unfortunately, due to the weather, we have decided that it's unsafe to ask our employees to drive several hours to have this party. Therefore, we've decided to move the party to the 16th of December. I called Walker Lewis Rents as soon as they opened at 9am today. I explained the situation and told them that I haven't used or soiled or even opened the linens, and I can bring them back right now (as opposed to tomorrow, when they are due). I asked if we could move the rental agreement to the 16th, which I suspected was a long shot, or at least, would we be eligible for a discount to re-rent the linens for the 16th. They said, it's Walker Lewis's policy that they wouldn't do a thing for me, even in this situation. I told them that's unfortunate because it's really poor customer service. In fact, even if they had offered me a 20% discount for re-renting on the 16th, I would not be writing this review. I haven't used the linens, they don't have cleaning costs or anything, and I was offering to bring them back a whole day early. Although I didn't rent these linens through my company name, we do a lot of rental business with them. We will be finding a new rental vendor. I have half a mind to take all the table clothes out, throw them in the wet gutter and ball them up, bringing them back in a trash bag so they have to pay the cleaning fee. But I probably won't. :-) Sometimes companies really have short sighted customer service policies. It would have cost them $10 to give me a 20% discount, and I would have been a happy, satisfied customer. But because they refused to do a single thing for me, now they've lost a customer for life. Very silly, Walker Lewis! Very Silly! Update 12/9/19: I had to update my review from 1 to 4 stars... Zach reached out to me and made it right by discounting my second order. I can see that the heart of Walker Lewis is to give good service, and just because one person didn't know how to do that, doesn't mean that's their company's spirit. So thank you to Zach for reaching out and making my experience better. I appreciate that a lot.

Update...if there was a 0 Star rating, this would be it. The day of the wedding, WLR never set up the wedding arches and each piece was scattered on the ceremony lawn and dirty; AND even after I and the venue coordinator told the set up crew to NOT place a tent post or ANYTHING to block the wedding pathway (Of which they apparently have done before) they said no, they won't, they went ahead and did anyway and placed fire extinguishers on them. Yes it's fire code......but I guess they couldn't place them on one of the OTHER 10 poles. There employees lack of common sense is astounding.Venue coordinator, I and the bride was livid. They were called back out to fix this. We had to make the Ceremony area ready so WE, the bridal party had to set up these 12 foot and DIRTY arches. No cleaning was going to get the stains out. We wrapped them in tulle to make it less noticeable. When they arrived to "fix" their lack of common sense and inability to listen to direction mess, the supv. Just could figure out why we were all so upset. Even after everyone aired their grievance, he tried to culp a defense stating that the guys setting up probably didn't know where to set them up. Well, maybe they should have asked AGAIN, since we told them before. We were there next to them as we rehearsed for the wedding. Then the supv. Mark said to me, "you're upset just because of arches that weren't set up and a post in the middle of the aisle." Really? Would you be upset if it was YOUR daughters wedding? And the topper, Mark said that even though I PAID for the rental, their contract was with the venue. WRONG! I walked into their business and made the arrangements and SIGNED the contract AND paid the Rental fees. The venue coordinators name was only on there as a contact IF I cannot be reached. Mark couldn't say much after that and said he "thought" the venue contracted this. Maybe if your read the contract and noticed who signed it then maybe you were actually WRONG and own up to the mistakes instead of trying to make excuses.I should be given a 50% refund for the aggravation of which the CONTRACT SIGNER shouldn't have had to go through.Save time, money, and aggravation. Rent elsewhere.

So I was looking for a dance floor. Did my quote online. The rep from walker lewis sent me like 4 different emails asking different questions. To me if you have good customer service you should pick up phone and speak to customer and ask all questions you need to determine my needs. So after the fifth email I get a quote of $1200. Online my quote said $450 plus shipping. Literally double from online. Then I ask then to call me back to go over quote. Of course I'm not happy. So I ask to speak to a manager. Apparently no manager on-site and to say the least I'm still waiting for a call back. This was almost a week and a half ago. Bad customer Service in my book. I was able to find my dance floor else where same size and price I was looking for. #joronco rentals.

Last minute rental; I mean 3 pm Friday for my Saturday party. They couldn't deliver, but allowed me to pay over phone. When arrived, staff outside waiting with 6 tables, 70 chairs, and 4 cocktail tables. They loaded it all quickly. I don't know how they fit it all in my truck. Because when I returned it on Monday, I needed two vehicles. They were awesome!!!
