This was my first time ever at a WaBa Grill. I'm definitely glad I tried it. The restaurant was clean and the person who took my order so very nice and helpful. I ordered the sweet and spicy chicken bowl, which was about all I could have there due to my specific food allergy. The food took a long time to make. That's understandable since they are making fresh food. It's just not as convenient for a quick bite. But the meal was very good and very fresh. I just wish there were more choices that were allergy friendly. I don't fault them on that, it's just limiting to me personally. I really liked what I got and will likely go again.

Visited on Customer Appreciation Day with my kids. We received two complimentary chicken bowls and cookie. I also ordered potstickers as a side. The cashier was very friendly! The food was prepared promptly! Now onto the food! The chicken tasted absolutely delicious! Very soft and juicy! The rice was cooked perfectly and I loved the waba sauce on top! The potstickers were VERY delicious and I dipped them with Boom Boom sauce and it was so good! Will definitely be returning to try other menu items! Thank you for the generous offer on Customer Appreciation Day!

Not going to lie, when this place first opened we tried it, and didn't care for it. Today we were going to grab a sandwich from Jersey Mike, but seen a sign for their boom boom tacos. So we changed our minds. We tried one of each, chicken, steak, and shrimp. They were really good. Hopefully they keep them on the menu. The service was great. The reason for 3 stars is all of the tables were dirty and it took a good minuet to get our food.

Love this place. It's very simple, not too bad for you to eat and very fast. It's around the corner from me and I got here when I need a quick fix food wise. I ordered online and my food was done way before it said it was so I was able to pickup early. The atmosphere is very chill and I appreciate the welcome and smile I get each time I walk in.

I've had food here a few times now and it's pretty good. It's pretty similar to Flame Broiler, but I think I might like WaBa just a tad more because they offer seafood and other sauces other than teriyaki. One thing that I had that does not seem to be a regular item on the menu is the kimchi. I was such a big fan of the spicy cucumber kimchi here so I hope they bring it back. I know I can always make my own, but the sweetness and acidity was perfect. I recommend that spicy sauce on whatever protein you decide versus the teriyaki sauce. The teriyaki is not bad, but I like spiciness to my meal.As I mentioned above, food is similar to Flame Broiler. It has the base which is white rice, brown rice or salad and then your protein. They also have an option for picky eaters who are not a fan of the veggies to just have the rice and protein. The plus side is that they are a healthier choice versus Panda or other Asian/Asian inspired fast food places. I know they have 2 locations now and both are clean inside and the workers seem friendly. I don't have a lot of time these days to dine in at places so I'm a big fan of ordering online. That's a plus for me and for people who are in a rush during lunchtime.I am definitely a fan and I would come back. If you guys haven't tried WaBa Grill yet then you should check them out. Service is fast and both locations are located in a nice area. If you sign up to the rewards then you'll get goodies every now and then.

This place is hit or mess it's either super juicy and tasty or dry and hard to eat. Spicy Korean chicken is where it's at though... just gotta catch them on a good day.

Waba Grill is my new favorite eatery in the SW. So happy to have this so close to home. I always end up debating myself between a Veggie Bowl with half chicken/half steak and Spicy Waba sauce or the Spicy Asian salad. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. There is one man who is always there and works so hard. I assume he is the owner or the manager. Since I order takeout and always he takes a moment to go over every item before bagging my order. He never misses anything and I appreciate the clear communication.I use the app to order and I love the customer rewards. I earn points quick, and the rewards are always awesome, and I often have the choice if a free food item or a dollar amount off my total. We also got a free birthday bowl this year. The food is delicious, but this establishment faces stiff competition in this shopping center. I believe there are seven restaurants on this corner. The excellent service, the easy ordering, and the rewards are why we return most frequently to Waba Grill.

I only got 9 of my 10 dumplings which wasn't an issue but such an insult to charge .40 cents for a extra sauce cup and the sauce cup is basically empty. ??? Might as well sell an empty cup for .40 cents lol. The food is good per usual though haha

Got sweet & spicy chicken bowl. It was just ok. Did not care for the consistency of the rice. Was hard. Chicken was ok but there were several large pieces and some fatty gristle. We also got the regular chicken bowl and the review on it is the same. Much better to go across the street to Wok It Off.
