Customer service was great when I took my car in this AM to get a couple nails removed from the tires as I have road hazard warranty hence the reason going to the dealership.They wet for sure short handed. Guy working the desk was busy and need some extra help... didn't appear to have any porters to move the cars to point A to point B.I was there for around 2 hours with an appointment.They did wash my car after completion and warranty covered with no cost out of pocket.I understand the two stars for this dealership... if this dealership wants a standard on professional and quality type process... VW Findlay in Henderson, Nv has this dealership hands down beat on service.

Lately, in the last few years, this dealer has changed ownership, and the worst part is not buying the cars but dealing with maintenance at the repair shop, they are so bad at communicating with the clients, I'm to the point that I don't want to buy another VW vehicle I have had several and with the previous owner I was so happy owning a VW I love the brand are very reliable vehicles for the price, last week I took my ID.4 for service Nick is no longer working there he was a service writer at the dealer I was not surprised due to his lack of communication at first, I had the impression that the communication was going to be different LIli was the new service writer but guess what another disappointment, same issue lock of communication I'm considering to get rid of my VW and buy another brand after 40 years of buying VW Vehicles

When I got in my 2020 Atlas the airbag error light came on so I made a service appointment. My husband drove half an hour to the dealership to be told we have to reschedule for next week because they don't have enough time to do the appointment. Now I have to wait 6 days to have it even looked at due to the service departments scheduling error. I can't drive my car safely knowing that the airbags may not work. I am beyond upset. This is extremely irresponsible of the department to not honor the appointment 1.5 hours before they close. Also, if they knew they couldn't keep the appointment they should have called so we didn't waste over an hour making the drive there and back.

I've been going to VW for years. I've never had an issue with them, they're always very polite. Sometimes the wait is longer than expected but things happen! Overall good experience.

I bought my car at another dealership and they requested I drive back to the dealership to get an emissions test and I call Volkswagen Bakersfield and they took care of me ... Second time I needed to purchase a windshield wiper replacement because it was torn off and Mike in parts took car of me and Nick in parts had no problem looking at it both great to work with
