Best caterers ever! My previous caterer stopped responding and I needed someone last minute to work my father's 50th birthday party, and VLT stepped was able to fit me right in! The menu was amazing, all of the food came out so tasty and pretty. The employees were very helpful, and even offered to stay to help with dishes. They mentioned that they not only work in Santa Clarita but are also able to work events in LA.I highly recommend this catering business!

I highly recommend VLT catering! I hired them for my bridal shower and as the bartender at my wedding. At my shower she did a beautiful waffle bar and a mimosa bar setup! And I delicious fritatta! It was a huge hit and everyone had fun making their own creations! Willing to work with whatever weird ideas I had. At my wedding there were complications with the venue but they rocked it and made it work! And everyone enjoyed their drinks! And never let me know anything was wrong, I found out through a friend!

Very happy client! This catering company is great - Worked with me on the size, theme and needs of my smaller event, stayed on top of all communications, very reasonable budget, and delicious food. The bacon cheeseburger puffs were amazing and I was inhaling them all weekend. Loved the sweet tang in the chicken wings sauce. Our guests were happy and we were thrilled.
