Viva La Pizzeria & Bar

The service here is always fantastic every time I come in they help you and don't make you feel rushed. Everything I've had has been great from the wedges, bone in wings, and pizzas (I've had the chile verde, hot honey and birria pizzas) nothing has been disappointing.The restaurant itself is very nicely decorated and there are lots of tvs that always have a game on. I can't recommend this place enough. Make your way out here and you won't regret it.

The pizza here is not good, especially the crust. It is dense, gummy and hard all at the same time. Mine barely had any color to it and my dining mate's was white. The sauce is nothing special and the other toppings were standard. The caesar salad was good but the parmesan was not the best. The place is nice inside with the bar and TVs everywhere. Service was good. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place as the pizza was disappointingly bad.

I loved everything about this place. It hasn't been open long but I can't wait to come back The only thing I could complain about was that my margarita pizza got a little too burnt? *BIRRIA pizza, it was my favorite. It's so juicy and flavorful, they even give you a side of consume to dip your pizza in. Hot honey pizza is very particular it's a bit more on the sweet side but I still fully enjoyed it. Jalapeño peppers were different but just as delicious, super spicy I just wish they were cooked a bit more!! Service is great, they know what they're doing and the deals are great! They have big screens that play games and have music.

Really enjoyed the decor in the location. The cocktail was pretty good & feels like a cool spot to have a couple drinks with a friend or loved one. The pizza was also good as well, lots of different pizza specialties that I'll definitely try when I come back. Service was nice as well, everyone was friendly & very attentive.

Me and my husband finally decided to try this place. We tried the hot honey pizza. I liked it but my husband didn't but he doesn't like honey (which im surprised because he picked it ) it was a very subtle honey taste, no heat. Sauce tasted fresh and crust was crispy. My husband got an asada sandwich (basically a torta) with mac and cheese. Asada actually had flavor and the mac n cheese was good. We'll definitely come back to try the different pizzas and will definitely recommend to others

This place is amazing! The service was incredible and the inside is very nice. I ordered the hot honey and the Oaxaca margarita pizza. Both pizzas were perfect. The crust has a nice chew and the pizza sauce was not too acidic or sweet. The ingredients were all fresh and tasted great! If you are in town and want good drinks and pizza give this place a try!

This was our second visit to Viva. This trip we noticed they had a happy hour menu. I decided to try their house margarita. Our server was quick to mention they use agave wine, not tequila (hard liquor coming soon!). I appreciated the heads up. I decided to try it anyway; it did not disappoint. This visit we asked for the pizza well done...still very good. Next time I promise to try one of their specialties. Their chorizo pizza is calling my name. The service was the same as our first visit; it was on point. I will say I think Viva is one of the best pizzas I have had in Bakersfield. It's definitely staying on rotation for date nights. Oh and as it was Sunday afternoon, so there was a football game in every screen!

Viva La Pizzería just opened up in Bakersfield and it was 10/10! The service was amazing, our server Gigi was attentive and quick. Their cocktail menu was a little small as they currently do not have a full bar but I'm sure it will expand when they do. We started with the jalapeño poppers app and they were perfectly spicy. Since we were a group of 5, we ordered four 10" pizzas (they're buy one get one 50% off this weekend). We got the birria pizza, chile verde pizza, hot honey pizza, and Caesar salad pizza. They were all great but I think hot honey was my fav! We were so full at the end and didn't even have room for dessert but I would love to come back here and try some! This place is owned by the same people who own Buena Vida and Toasted, so I knew I was going to be impressed. I highly recommend Viva pizzeria for lunch or dinner, you won't be disappointed :)

The food was a big disappointment. Pizza was ok, can be better. To much dough, good flavor. The boneless wings are terrible. I bit into it and all I tasted was batter. Fries are good. Jalapeño poppers can be better with seasoning in the cream cheese. Service was very friendly. Ambiance gave a small Italian feel. All in all, food really needs to improve.

This place is dope, a chill pizza place with TV's everywhere. This place gonna become real popular. Definitely gonna come back. Food was really good too.
