Viral Booth

I used them for my event last year....& it's not what you pay for....he had the wrong date on the pictures...& the video my guests recorded had no audio....the sad thing is that my guests told him about the wrong event date that the pictures had...& he still handed them...i was not aware of this till days later....i texted him about this and spoke to him when I realized what happened and I never heard from him....$900 down the drain....the owner is very nice....but sad his work isn't .....i also wanted the booth to be set up away from the main table & he setup his booth where he wanted ...which was next to main groom & brides table!!! It's been a year since my wedding & this still upsets me ....

Great job and a big hit with a bunch of cowboys! Showed up on time and found us in the middle if nowhere! Gave me a good deal and they very professional and super friendly! Pics are a little small but all in all a wonderful experience!!

Amazing! We had a great time. They came out for my grand opening and we had a great time. They have a very professional team. I will use them again!

Terrible experience. I had them at my wedding. He owned me money after the whole event ended. It took him months to give me the money. He was super unprofessional and left the check outside for me to "pick up"

I used the service for a birthday celebration in December and yet to recieve to USB drive that we were supposed to receive 10 days after services rendered. This was second photo booth company and by far the worse. The attendants did a good job, but I have had better and would not recommend. I truely believe company render service paid for.

I would not recommend viral photobooth to anyone. Everything was great until the end of the night the lady told me her boss would have to mail me the USB cause there were too many photos to be transferred to her iPad and would need a computer. So I thought ok I should get that in a few days. I got married November 28, 2015. It's January 18th 2016 and I have not received a USB. The guys name is Dion Altamirano we have tried to contact him through text and called. He said he would mail it never has. My husband and I have called him numerous times and he either doesn't answer or says he will mail it the next day. I paid a lot of money for this service at my wedding and he did not deliver good customer service. I felt like I got screwed and did not get what I paid for. I don't understand why it's so hard to just mail my USB. They say they're location is on Baker Street and that is a non-existent address. My husband and I tried looking for this place and it could not be found. Once my husband called and left a message acting like a new customer, and of course he called back then and then my husband told him about giving us our USB. Still nothing. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. It's really crappy that we can't enjoy our pictures of guests and family that we can never get back.

This photobooth company was at an event we attended. The attendant was unprofessional and rude. The quality of the strips were horrible in comparison to some of the other booths we have been in. I am not impressed by this business at all.

We booked this company in January of 2016 for our wedding of April 2017. In March of 2016 I received an email stating that my full balance would be due within two weeks. An error that Dion, the owner, admitted to and apologized for. However, a payment made through their website (all instructions were followed for the payment process) was never applied to our invoice. When I contacted Dion about this he told me that his company has done "over 3,000 events and payments never get lost" and to check my sources. I sent him a copy of the PayPal receipt and asked for his help for future payments and I never received a reply. I waited an entire month and then decided to cancel the contract. When I emailed Dion about canceling the contract, I got a reply within 20 minutes asking me why I wanted to cancel. I would not recommend this company to anyone that wants piece of mind for their events or any type of professional customer service.
