Victory Signs

Victory signs and Tim Fryer were total flakes. Tim did not show up when he said he was going to, did not return phone calls and ultimately walked off the job with no notice. On top of that kept the deposit he was given. Totally unprofessional. Proceed at your own risk...John Taft College
