Had the kindest woman assist me today in the store. I have not been to a place where I experienced that quality customer service in quite a while. She was informative, enjoyable to speak to, knowledgeable, and had a genuine passion for the products. I will certainly be back sooner because of her! Also lovely gift wrapping : )

The shop has a nice selection and is neatly organized. There were clothes and some other small things like small boxes, purse hooks, pens, notepads. My experience with the shop owner and employees was very pleasant.

DONT GO TO THIS STORE! The woman who work here are insanely rude and pushy!!!! Brighton sells itself being such a great company, but Honestly the ladies who work in here make this place terrible. I've never been anywhere where the employees act like they don't want you there unless your a millionaire! The keep pushing you to buy more and more and question your financial well being when you say this is all I want to buy! They truly Harassed me over only buying a necklace and a bracelet, which now I wish I never bought from them. They treated my boyfriend and I so terribly we will never come back here! I recommend you order Brighton online or go to LA before going into this super uppity pretentious Crapy store!

I love going to this store, the staff are marvelous, but I am a friendly person too! What goes around, comes around.... I'm sorry the other woman had such a horrible experience. Maybe she should forgive and come in with a better attitude. Yes, Brighton sells itself, but I don't go in there to just buy Brighton, I go in there to see the staff who are, and are becoming my friends, to meet new people and to see the new items that Victoria has to offer. I don't know what the woman's problem was, but she could not be more wrong. The owner as well as the ladies working there are ALL Wonderful. They are always pleasant and attentive. Very helpful to help YOU design your own Brighton Jewelry and style.

I have always been treated with the utmost concern and respect. No matter what I was purchasing or trying to find. I love this store.
