Huge shout out to miss Tracy for helping us about 90% of the time we come into this place. Very pleasant, took my order for name plate and helped my husband find some deals in his uniforms. I appreciate the service as always and the deals the store has been putting together most recently.

I would not recommend this place at all I've been here plenty of times to know not to expect to be greeted when you walk in and to not be offered any help at all until you go up to to counter. This place has horrible customer service. I live in visalia but found myself going back to Elite Uniforms in Fresno CA way better customer service and cheaper prices. You know it's bad when you would rather pay more in gas and go to another city just to get better service. I'm not really to sure how this place stays in business maybe because people just settled for crappy service and don't want to drive any where else and that's to bad. Maybe I'll start trying out Hanford heard they have a better uniform shop with great service as well but for now I'll still be going to Fresno for all my uniforms needs. Good luck to this business they seem to be doing good and staying afloat which is good. But I don't get how.

This is for the Hanford location. Great customer service, good variety of scrubs to choose from. I asked if they offer any Military discount, they do but only on one day at the beginning of the month, so I asked how about a nurse discount, they do, but aww it's the wrong day of the week. So my daughter was with me she is a CNA, yes they offer discounts, but strike 3 for us, wrong day of the week. They say shop local, but if I want to a discount I can only shop on a certain day of the week. Then to top it off they tell me we have no bags to put your items in. No wonder why we shop Amazon or or go to Fresno. Don't make it so hard for us to shop locally.

Excellent service and selection. We are glad to have Valley Uniform in Visalia. They have a great selection to select from and the prices are all very reasonable.

I always come here for their selection of uniforms. They always have my size. Had embroidery work completed in a timely manner. Prices are reasonable compared to other uniform shops elsewhere.

Alll CDCR be advised this place is a huge ripoff! They could careless about customer service!! They up charge their products significantly!!! For example.... I was looking to get new 511 tactical pants, I looked the pants up online they were 49.99 on almost all websites including the 5.11 website. These same pants in the valley uniform center in the Hanford mall were priced at 64.99 that is a 30 % markup!!! Totally ripping their customers off! I asked about price match they said NO (after they looked up and seen the price on the 5.11 website themselves!) DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! I hope they feel good about ripping off law enforcement officers! They are not pro police believe me!!! I'm sure it's no different on the scubs they sale for the nurses!!!
