Valley Pure Tulare

Place is a rip off. The employees have little to NO knowledge of what they are selling and are honestly selling you whatever to get you out the door. Most of their inventory is garbage. GO TO TOKEN FARMS.! Trust me. Customer service on point and inventory is always stocked with quality buds and affordable prices!

Been a customer since the beginning at Woodlake and never have I had any problems until I started going to Tulare. Worst customer service

TULARE VALLEY PURE is my go to now. The staff are friendly from the moment you walk through the door AND helpful. You just have to ask the questions. They have terrific DAILY DEALS and vendors in-store often. The selection at Valley Pure Tulare is terrific but damn y'all like my FAVS...I also appreciate the convenience of the drive-thru window but this nonsense of pulling around the building to get my meds handed to me because some bureaucrat has issues with CANNABIS (i.e. MY MEDS!) being handed over through a window like you can get @ CVS, Walgreens, Rite-Aid, etc. IS JUST WRONG and quite frankly discriminatory! I understand VP is following an ordinance but something has to change.Happy trails & Thank you, Valley Pure!

Go to farmersville instead. At Tulare, I've had a feeling people have been opening 8ths and taking buds out. My jar was half empty with what is clearly a folded seal that was only half glued on. This is not the first time.Tulare, ya'll should be watching your people.

Reviews should be lower. Banned because I left a review and the old manger who got moved to another location ( KENNETH TURNER ) didn't believe my reason to why I left a review stating they falsely advertise.

This location is the nicest of all the Valley Pures and the customer service has been the best too. All of the Valley Pures unfortunately do the same thing with their concentrate menu where they have nearly all of it marked as "discounted" so you can't take advantage of the Concentrate discount they run across the board on Wednesdays. The employee that was helping me was as confused as I was about the pricing on what I was looking for. I'd probably give this location 5 stars if they'd just have no bullshit affordable concentrate deals every week.

Make sure you know what you want before you go in and you check to make sure that you get what you asked for. 4/5 I go in my budtender is stoned and usually has no idea what I'm asking for. spent $185 last night on what I thought (and asked for) was indica dominant flower and got home to realize I was given a hybrid, sativa dominant strain. Everyone is nice but this is not the first time this has happened. Just make sure you double check that what they're giving you is what you ask for.

Amazing customer service from top to bottom. Plenty of products for every customer, high end to budget. Absolutely love their daily specials and most of all their rosin selection. I drive out from SLO county and every time I get treated well. Not sure what the previous reviewer issue is as I've never had a bad experience with any Valley Pure affiliate. Highly recommend.

1st time in the Tulare location, but Valley Pure is always great. Stay informed about their daily sales, you'll get good deals. Security was VERY helpful, friendly, and answered all of my questions. Just make sure you bring cash to avoid card convenience fees, it was $4 to use my debit. On my way out I noticed there is a legitimate drive thru, really cool!
