Valley Mattress

My husband and I have visited this place for a couple of times because of my indecisive personality. However, Gary was so patient with us and let us took as much time as possible to try out the mattress. We bought one from him and I love the mattress! Love their service and their price is definitely the best in Bakersfield too!

If you only choose one of the Valley Mattress stores to go to this is the one. It is the cleanest and spacious of the ones I have visited.I've been to the Rosedale store, and like Rosedale it was dusty and empty on the inside. The Cal-King Memory Foam Mattress we got was a great deal from $1799 to $499 and the delivery was $39, which is not bad at all.They would get five stars, but the sales guy made an offhand rude comment about Governor Brown and Democrats. Too bad, my fiance and I are hardcore bleeding heart liberals. Ahhhh....Bakersfield.

I went into the store and was greeted right away by Mike. He was not pushy about me buying any thing and he was honest about questions I had. They have a great selection of mattresses and the pillow top I am buying is $449. The entire bed along with the frame and head board is $720. I put down $420 and I will pay off the rest when I come in to pick it up (lay away plan). I am very excited!

I would love to write you a review. We purchased a Cal King Set from you 4 yrs ago. After only 2 1/2 yrs the mattress sagged so bad that even to get out of it was very difficult. We called Valley Mattress to see what could be done. Two men came out supposedly measured the mattress. They just held the string and not tape it to the mattress like the way it is normally done. They told us it was 1/4" shy of being the 1 1/2" of sag for the warrenty to work. They also told us to wait a few months until it sagged more. I called the second time, they measured the same way. Again said it wasn't enough. I was also told we would get a call back after the determination was made. That never happened. I can tell you we paid 2400.00 for that set. I will never recommend this store to anyone and the Serta Mattress Co.too. Now we have to purchase another set so we just lost that much money. Thank you Valley Mattress for taking care of your customers, yeah right.
