Valley Mattress

Do not buy from this company they are fraudalent and sale junk. I bought a reclining couch with recliners on both ends, after about 1 week of purchase one of the recliners cushions fell out. They sent to guys out to fix it and they said they were coming back to finish fixing it and it has been 1 year and they have not been back. When you call the phone you get no answer

I bought a "Buckingham" queen-sized mattress here, and I am extremely pleased! It's amazing how much better I can sleep now. Gary at Valley Mattress was extremely friendly and helpful, and delivery was on time and when I requested it.

Purchased two separate King Size Bed sets for relatives and was assisted through the process by Gary. He was very knowledgable, courteous and professional throughout the process and coordinated delivery and setup of the items without flaw. I highly recommend doing business with Gary at Valley Mattress.

I just bought my second mattress from this place. The service was good, pricing?, I am not real sure, I did not do a bunch of research or homework, but it seems fair to me. I purchased the mattress set after work one day, and they delivered by seven that evening. Later I decided to buy a big frame, the delivery and assembly went very smoothly. It is a good store ran by good people. I was particularly impressed with the delivery schedule/people and such. This is probably where I will buy my next mattress. And they probably all do this, but they had no problem hauling the old stuff away.

We went in and told them what we wanted. They didn't try to over sell and we walked away with what we were looking for. The customer service was nice and friendly.

This is where I go to buy all my bedroom furniture. I'm a repeat customer and am always satisfied with every purchase. The prices are great and the staff is very nice and helpful. The people who deliver also put together your items and they do it super quick. I would refer just about anyone to go, especially if you're on a budget! Super great prices, even with such a huge furniture store right in the same lot.

Gary ( the owner ) was so rude to us we had to walk out ... lacks prefessionalism and social skills and tried making us feel stupid because the advertisement he posted was misleading . Won't be returning

We were searching for a specific style and color headboard for our Cal-King bed. At valley mattress we were able to search through an online catalog at the in-store kiosk, and we found exactly what we were looking for. The headboard arrived a few days later and it was even prettier than the pictures. We LOVE OUR HEADBOARD! It set the tone for the entire room. Gary and his staff are awesome!

I was excited when I was there because of the merchandise that was available; nevertheless, I was asked for my checking account information and wasn't told until the end of our transaction. I called the sales person the next day I gave him some feedback, that he should tell customers upfront why they take you banking information. Apparently they withdraw directly from you account. But that was only one of the highlights of my good experience. As he was taking down my information, I wanted to put a down payment on my items I purchased, but I was told because they had already submitted my process for a $30 charge it would be an additional $30 to put money down. So I just let it go and still took the merchandise. Nevertheless, I was given a $75 rebate from Golden Elegance and all I had to do was send a voucher code to them. I received my items about a week later and just waited for the code. About a month went by, so I sent an email to Golden Elegance, and got a quick response saying that they are just waiting to hear from Valley Mattress. Another 2 weeks go by and I sent another email to Golden Elegance and received an email about a week and a half later stating that i need to reach out to Valley Mattress, because they never received my name. So I called Valley Mattress and I assumed I spoke to the owner and felt he was upset because I called about my rebate. He told me that he had other customers and what do you want, what's you name and was extremely rude and short with me. I told him that I did him a favor by spending about $2000.00, that I did appreciate his attitude. He apologizes and said he would get back to me that day, and I never heard from him since. I am not sure if I am getting my rebate, but you don't treat people like he treated me. Be careful and make sure you get all the details before you sign anything there.

Customer service is really bad , we bought a serta matress trump series 3 years agi bed has broken down and valley mattress will not honor out warenty to replace mattress after they told us they were..... Really dont buy from them you will get ripped off
