This store is great to come to if you're looking for party supplies, ribbon, fabric etc. but the customer service is TERRIBLE. I needed to exchange a wood letter I bought here for a different letter and they wouldn't do it even though the package hadn't even been open. There is no signs anywhere that I could see of their return policy so I was a little bothered. I also was looking at some of the cake stands for an upcoming party and decided to take a picture to see which one I think would look best with my decor, a young girl quickly told me no pictures were allowed. This is America, I could take a picture if I want, I just thought it was a little ridiculous that I couldn't even take a picture of the cake stands. There was a sign I did see that no pictures were allowed of arrangements or any products that they make in store but I'm more than 100% sure they didn't make those cake stands so I'm not sure why they were so rude to me. I won't be wasting my time here anymore, hobby lobby has better customer service and better deals.
