US Post Office

Best post office ever! We we're used to a larger city and the impersonal nature of public offices like the DMV, post office etc. Well this post office is completely different. We got to know the employees by name and they have gone out of their way to provide personalized service with a smile. They ate the nicest folks and instead of dreading the experience, I really look forward to going in. Right now it's holiday season and I had a question. The phone rang twice and I was greeted very cheerfully, helped thoroughly, with a smiling voice all throughout. I asked how it was going and he agreed it's busy but the way he said it was full of Christmas cheer. I recommend doing business with these nice folks. Make sure to thank them, they don't have to be that helpful or cheery but they choose to be so.

These people are insane, had ppl here emptying the septic tank, the guy parked out front with plenty of room between his car and my mailbox, and i mean plenty, we talked about it before he parked and we both agreed there was more than enough room, but the mail guy still had some problem and refused to deliver mail that day, it is more than apparent he had an attitude, there were no vehicles blocking the mail box, not even close, but that isnt really the problem, i go in to this post office, "lake isabella", and i complain, i say what a lazy mail carrier you have, seems to work with the attitude of how dare someone even park anywhere near his work space, and some idiot that works at this lake isabella location starts to go off about how the mail carriers are some sort of heros and above any complaint i can make about them.This guy has mental problems, and if you think we somehow have to treat mail carriers as if they are veterans who risked their life in a war, then you are also insane, what a crazy world we live in when a valid complaint about not receiving your mail, get turned into some dramatic war time effort by your staff.
