US Post Office

I'm kind of bummed about this post office. Yes, I can take the odd hours and the half on masks because it's a mountain town and that's how it is in mountain towns. Gonna have to get over that. I love the girls there and they were always so accommodating when I have a ton of packages delivered to the office because in this part of town, no one has an address and you're forced to give up your reclusive life to pick up the damn packages and mail.What really bummed me out though--was that we needed to move back to town, but we wanted to keep the house so I still had some things being sent up to the mountain to help with our move. While I had everything be forwarded to the town address on Feb 2nd--when my husband came in on Jan 30th, they told him they were already forwarding the mail and for him to turn in his key. This was after they'd just told us the week before that he needed to come everyday because we have too many packages (which, yea--we have 2 infants in a rural area, can't afford to take a day off from our jobs to get diapers, and my husband is taking his lunch to get the mail with his toddler daughter).Nothing was forwarded until Feb 7th. We are still waiting on all our mail, all our packages--and we could have saved them the trouble if they didn't kick us out early and then send our stuff late. That really stinks. Hope they treat others better than they treated my husband and our family as a whole.

Constantly delivering other residents mail to our box. They are quick to call every tow truck in town at once especially for those who are visiting the snow, or on the residents they don't like.

Welcome to the FP Post office, where your package arrives late or not at all. Employees walking around with no mask. Most businesses wipe the keypad after every customer but this is as unsanitary as it gets! I walked in, they asked me to close the door, I obliged. The individual took a look at my package, sold me tape, then informed me I couldn't deliver my package there since it wasn't a UPS drop off location. It would be nice to know at the start. To top it of, to be very short, yet be helpful enough to grab my debit card and tape, then be dismissive when I use the tape is icing on the cake! Anyways, to say pettiness is a problem would be an understatement. Especially given the history of late and missing packages.

The hours are terrible when we all work during the week and they send packages back if you can't get to them in a timely matter. It's impossible for most to make it there by 4 pm during the week. And if you're there even a few minutes before 10 am and they are there. They will not hand you your package until 10.

They open your packaging and try and feed you bill Cosby candy and Jody sneezes on envelopes.

Handicap accessible friendly staff have all services that post office would have remotely accessible

How can we contact this post office directly. Number doesn't seem to ever work...Everytime I call it just stops ringing. I would use the USPS number but what are they going to do? Nothing

Have never had an issue with this post office. Staff is friendly and efficient. Ver rare that there is a line and when there is, another clerk comes to the front.

Extreamly poor service .Try to call them the recording keeps cutting you off . They mix up the mail put your mail in other persons box . Than they put other person mail in your box . Very rude when asking asking questions. We had a very good post office about five years ago .s1atar
