Urner's

I absolutely love Urner's! I used to shop at their location on Wible but my sales guy, Ray, who is the best, moved to this new location so we followed him. Ray is great and has been so helpful and the rest of the staff is great too. They have been so accommodating with our delays in our house construction and willing to work with us in delivery and purchasing more appliances. They have great prices and financing if you need it. I'm currently working with their cabinet designer, Stephanie, and she's terrific as well.

Ray was our salesman. He was very friendly and funny. He was knowledgeable about the washer and dryers and made the buying decisions and process easy

Amazing customer service. Our dishwasher stopped working only after 3 years, so we needed to replace immediately. My husband went to all the big name places looking for best deal. Problem is you have to order them. Places don't keep in stop for cash and carry. Having using urners in the past he went there. Found exactly what he wanted and best of all, it was in stock. They even price matched home depot.

The salesman at Urner's sold me the Guardsman warranty on a sectional I bought and when I went to make a claim the Guardsman warranty rep in a third world country gave me the runaround for two months and when I called Urner's they didn't help me at all but told keep pressuring Guardman. Don't be a sucker and buy any warranty from the Urner's.
