Every time I use my oven, I am reminded of the shody work from Urners. Several years ago, my wife and I decided to replace our kitchen appliances . The oven and the microwave was replaced with stainless Dacor. Dacor looked elegant without looking over the top. We also replaced our dish washer with the 2 drawer stainless steel Fisher & Paykel.My main issue is with the installation of the Dacor oven. It seemed that it was not installed properly. The oven door does not close properly, it does not latch on to have a proper seal. Thus when we are having to preheat or cook with the oven, this is what we have to do.This floor mop was bought for this purpose. We have complained to Urners several times in the past and they have brushed this off as there was an issue with the cabinet that it was installed on. Look at the photo and judge for yourself! We have not bought a thing from them since then,

We purchased a dryer from Urner's after mine stopped working. We purchased a $900 GE in stock dryer that the sales person said was excellent. It wasn't. It will only dry if on high manual for at least an hour which can ruin clothes. There lint all over the clothes and the lint trap is a terrible design that gets dirty (not just lint) with big holes that catch strings twisting them until they break. Clothes have also gotten stuck in the seams a few times ruining them to the point of having to throw them out. I called the store within 2 weeks to see about returning the dryer and getting another one. I was rudely told they do not accept returns for any reason. Doesn't matter if it's a lemon, defective, or just don't like it. They'll send a service tech out (with a charge) but that's it. Do not buy anything from Urner's. They only care about the money and not the customer.

Urners is the place to be if you are looking for furniture or appliances in Bakersfield. They have the best selection and quality hands down and their staff is so helpful. I had a great experience here

I purchased a stove from the Urners outlet store and unfortunately the oven did not work. After some back-and-forth with the repair company and Christie who works the front desk at Urners we were able to get the stove replaced and they even installed it for free! The customer service was top-notch! I plan on buying all future appliances from Urners and their outlet store. I highly recommend it and I want to thank Christie for her amazing customer service even though at times we were frustrated with the outsourced repair company but that was not her nor Urners fault. The stove they replaced it with is PERFECT and we got a GREAT deal on it.

Bought a couch and accent chairs, In 2023, never again would I buy from URNER's very poor quality of product, after a few month after purchasing chairs sounded like they were about the break, are not really used to seat on more like decor for my living room, couch is very squeaky and only had it for a year if you are going to buy a couch or sofa, recommend you go to MOR Furniture, URNERS SUCK FOR A FURNITURE STORE

Purchased a sofa and dining table that was in stock. Waited a couple of days for delivery since they were in stock. Fast delivery great service at the store great customer service and got a very good place at the Urner's Outlet store thank you.

My 18 years old over the range microwave oven needed replacing, and I decided to buy locally. I looked on Urner's website and found an LG over the range microwave oven on sale and purchased it. I also paid to have the new microwave installed and the old one hauled away. The Urner's installer drilled two large holes in my cabinet and had to drill another large hole since he didn't measure correctly the first time (measure twice, cut once). The holes are too large and one of the bolts and washers sink down at an angle into one of the holes. The installers also left a lot of wood chips around the kitchen that I had to vacuum up after they were done. I am also having an issue with the new microwave, and it already needs to be repaired. The humidity sensor isn't working properly and needs to be replaced. The microwave must be removed from the cabinet for repair and the appliance repair company informed me that they don't do that. Urner's nor LG will pay to have the microwave removed and reinstalled so it can be repaired.I will never do business with Urner's again, nor will I ever purchase another LG product.

DO NOT BUY A WASHER FROM HERE OR GET THEIR WARRANTY. IT IS COMPLETELY USELESS. Bought a washer from here 2 years ago. Decided to get a warranty that would last us 5 years. Out of nowhere, it started making the worst scraping noise possible. Thought the warranty would take care of it. It's been nearly 3 months now. Since February I have been dealing with this. Every time I call their dumbass warranty provider they say they'll send a new guy "next week". I'm just so tired of this literally go anywhere else.
