Carlos and Ashley helped with me with everything I needed during my visit. My overall experience was very great, and I was super happy with the outcome of my car. I came into United Collision because a coyote ran out in front of my car, and damaged my front end. My husband has had work done by Isa before, and he highly recommended that I bring my car to him. I was so happy with the service I received at United Collision! They had my car up and running in no time at all! They went above and beyond! My car needed a new bumper, and other repairs. They did a beautiful job, and even buffed out a stubborn grease spot that had nothing to do with the initial accident. I'm very pleased, and will definitely be recommending to everyone who needs work done on their cars.

When my truck was hit by a drunk driver in November. I had my truck sent to them for the repairs. They are awesome , helpful and friendly . It was unfortunate that I had to meet these fine people this way but glad I did . Now the insurance company ( personal express/ National General ).... horrible . Thanks Esa!

After another wreck with one of our cars, this shop had been chosen as an approved provider for repairs. We were told to bring the car into the shop at 7:30 am on Monday. On Monday morning they told us the car would be ready Friday evening. The car was damaged very badly on passenger side- both doors, front fender and front bumper, maybe more that was unseen before disassembly. Anyhow the estimate was close to $6K. Checked on the car at lunch today (Friday), and they said come by and pick up the car at 4:30 this afternoon. We showed up after work, the car looked great. Paid the deductible to a very nice and helpful employee.Got the car, and was back at home just after five. This is somewhat of a rarity with body shops in Bakersfield, that the car was ready when they said. United Collision does good work in a timely manner. Consider them if you need this type of service-they will not let you down.

United collision was very helpful, and the only place that actually worked with me to make payments after I got hit. I appreciate their friendliness and they even drove me to work, and did a little extra work for free that wasn't approved by my insurance. Thank you United!

Great customer service from the office manager! Fixed my damaged car quick with no issues! The process was easy and there were no problems when they communicated with my insurance. The owners/workers even did a walkthrough with me once my car was ready & everything was perfect. Definitely recommend this business to everyone in need of car repairs. Thank you United Collision!

hello, my name is Charles and i would definitely recommend united collision as a repair shop. they repaired my vehicle days even before they promised, and it looks incredible. if anyone needs work/repairs this would be my first place of recommendation. the workers were very friendly and treated me and my family with the upmost respect. i absolutely loved their service. if i could i would give them a rating greater than 5 stars. united collision if you're reading this i love your service

I will not return to this location. My auto insurance was billed more than $8,000 for the repairs. When I discovered that my Dodge Durango had been repaired using junk yard parts, I took it to an auto shop to have all the junk yard parts replaced.

I had to take my Camaro to them cus some guy hit me. I hated being without my car but Issa and Hope were awesome did the work and all as fast as couldBe done.
