United Cab

I needed to be somewhere in an hour, I could have got their in twenty minutes. Instead I decided on calling this cab company. I waited 44 minutes and called them to ask why the delay? Its Sunday morning and I'm sure many people don't use the service at this time. A lady apologized and I told her that I no longer needed their service at the moment. I've had good service with them in the past ; however today, wasn't such occasion.
