U-Store City storage

Had a face-to-face with the front desk clerk. Rented a unit with no problems. My previous assessment was Correct AND Wrong at the same time. An employee can only do as good as they are taught. Or shall I say, when they are not taught.The clerk is young and doing the best that can be done with the "The training as received"."Just the facts, ma'am." No other training-- Customer Service or Customer Relations. No training for any "just in case" episodes of any kind.So, I've seen the problem and it is the owners/managers, who/which I've never seen OR heard from. Who/which I know they can be seen in the employee IF the owner/manager had done right in training the employees correctly.

These people are the most unprofessional and unreliable people in the market. trust me when i say don't waste your money. Their gate was broken and they said its not their problem and its not their fault. the store was closed 4 whole days and then they said they where open which is total bull. On top of being unprofessional the lady at the front desk has no sense what business truly is. Glad I am almost out of this bad town. California City is full of these weird people. You have been warned. screw this place.

My storage was broken into and items were stolen. I was actually notified by the police that they had located items belonging to me and this is how I was notified of the problem. To this day I have had no contact from anyone who works with the storage company. If you value your belongings take them somewhere else.

I've been having multiple problems with this storage company from the manager to the assistant or whatever that guy was that was always there I could never get in touch with anyone and they switch rules like they switch there people there I felt like I got ripped off when I first moved my items there Nov at this rate I'm wondering if it's even worth the troubles of driving 8 hours there just to be disappointed that no ones there whose running this place !

U-Store City Storage is the WORST storage place that I have ever dealt with. I reported that I emptied my storage unit on Feb 16 and I am STILL waiting for my deposit check to be issued to me. TWO MONTHS! Speaking to the California City manager was the most unhelpful and she has the worst customer service skills! I don't recommend using this storage facility. They take your money in SECONDS and yet it takes them MONTHS to issue you the deposit.
